| heal.abstract | Δεδομένων των συνθηκών και της ποιότητας ζωής, στις μέρες μας γίνεται μεγάλη συζήτηση σχετικά με το στρες και την εξουθένωση που βιώνουν όλοι οι επαγγελματικοί κλάδοι, και κυρίως οι εκπαιδευτικοί, οι οποίοι έρχονται διαρκώς αντιμέτωποι με πολλές αλλαγές του εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος. Παρ’όλα αυτά είναι λιγοστές οι αντίστοιχες έρευνες για ειδικούς νηπιαγωγούς. Συμβάλλοντας στην υπάρχουσα βιβλιογραφία, η παρούσα έρευνα διερευνά το επαγγελματικό στρες και την επαγγελματική εξουθένωση που βιώνουν συγκεκριμένα οι ειδικοί νηπιαγωγοί Ειδικότερα, θα διερευνηθεί ο συσχετισμός μεταξύ των εργασιακών κινήτρων, καθώς και των επιπέδων της αυτοεκτίμησης τους, σε σχέση με το στρες και την εξουθένωση που βιώνουν στην επαγγελματική τους ζωή. Επίσης, θα μελτηθούν οι παραπάνω μεταβλητές σε σχέση με τα δημογραφικά στοιχεία του δείγματος, για να διαπιστωθεί αν διαφοροποιούνται, κι αν υπάρχει κάποια σχέση μεταξύ τους. Το δείγμα της έρευνας αποτελούνταν από 118 ειδικούς νηπιαγωγούς, οι οποίοι εργάζονται σε ειδικά νηπιαγωγεία, τμήματα ένταξης και σε παράλληλη στήριξη, και από 118 γενικούς νηπιαγωγούς, οι οποίοι αποτελούσαν την ομάδα ελέγχου, από όλη την Ελλάδα. Η στατιστική ανάλυση των απαντήσεων και η εξαγωγή των αποτελεσμάτων έγινε με το στατιστικό πρόγραμμα SPSS. Τα αποτελέσματα της παρούσας ποσοτικής έρευνας θα μπορούσαν να χρησιμοποιηθούν στην περαιτέρω ανάλυση της ψυχολογίας των εκπαιδευτικών προσχολικής αγωγής στην Ειδική Αγωγή και Εκπαίδευση, καθώς και στον σχεδιασμό προγραμμάτων ενδυνάμωσης, με σκοπό μία καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής, καθώς και την προσωπική στήριξη και ανάπτυξη της αυτοαποτελεσματικότητας και της αυτοϊκανοποίησης τους στην τέλεση του σχολικού έργου. | el |
| heal.abstract | Given the conditions and the quality of life, nowadays there is a great deal of discussion about the stress and exhaustion experienced by all professions, and especially teachers, who are constantly faced with many changes in the education system. Nevertheless, the corresponding researches for special kindergarten teachers are few. Contributing to the existing literature, the present study investigates the occupational stress and burnout experienced by kindergarten teachers in particular. experience in their professional life. Also, the above variables will be studied in relation to the demographic data of the sample, in order to determine if they differ, and if there is any relationship between them. The sample of the research consisted of 118 special kindergarten teachers, who work in special kindergartens, integration departments and in parallel support, and 118 general kindergarten teachers, who were the control group, from all over Greece. The statistical analysis of the answers and the extraction of the results was done with the statistical program SPSS. The results of the present quantitative research could be used in the further analysis of the psychology of preschool teachers in Special Education, as well as in the design of empowerment programs, aiming at a better quality of life, as well as personal support and development of self-efficacy and self-satisfaction in the performance of the school project. | en |
