| heal.abstract | Η συμβουλευτική αποτελεί μία από τις βασικές παιδαγωγικές διαστάσεις του έργου του εκπαιδευτικού και είναι απαραίτητη στη σύγχρονη πραγματικότητα που διαρκώς αλλάζει με γρήγορους ρυθμούς. Μία σημαντική αλλαγή στη ζωή μας αποτελεί και η διείσδυση του διαδικτύου στην καθημερινότητά μας. Στο πλαίσιο αυτών των εξελίξεων έγινε η συγκεκριμένη έρευνα, με σκοπό τη διερεύνηση των στάσεων και των αντιλήψεων των εκπαιδευτικών πρωτοβάθμιας και δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης σχετικά με τη διαδικτυακή συμβουλευτική. Ειδικότερα, εξετάστηκαν οι αντιλήψεις τους σχετικά με τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματα της διαδικτυακής συμβουλευτικής, αν είναι εξοικειωμένοι με τη σημασία του όρου καθώς και ποια ζητήματα στο χώρο της εκπαίδευσης πιστεύουν ότι μπορούν να λυθούν μέσα από τη χρήση της και αν θα προέτρεχαν στο μέλλον σε μια υπηρεσία παροχής διαδικτυακής συμβουλευτικής. Η έρευνα διεξήχθη σε δημοτικά, γυμνάσια και λύκεια της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου την περίοδο τέλη Μαρτίου-Μαΐου 2020. Οι συμμετέχοντες ήταν 221 εκπαιδευτικοί (πρωτοβάθμιας και δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης) οι οποίοι συμπλήρωσαν ερωτηματολόγιο και τα ποσοτικά δεδομένα αναλύθηκαν μέσω περιγραφικής στατιστικής. Τα ευρήματα καταδεικνύουν ότι οι εκπαιδευτικοί δεν είναι εξοικειωμένοι με τη σημασία της διαδικτυακής συμβουλευτικής και η πλειοψηφία θεωρεί ότι η χρήση διαδικτυακών υπηρεσιών συμβουλευτικής εμποδίζεται από την ελλιπή τους κατάρτιση. Όμως τείνουν προς μία θετική στάση απέναντι στην παροχή συμβουλευτικής μέσω διαδικτύου. Οι απόψεις τους διαφοροποιούνται σημαντικά σε σχέση με δημογραφικούς και άλλους παράγοντες. Συμφωνούν σε μέτριο βαθμό με τη μελλοντική χρήσης της διαδικτυακής συμβουλευτικής για την αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων με σημαντικότερο τα θέματα επαγγελματικού προσανατολισμού. Τέλος, μερικοί εκπαιδευτικοί θεωρούν πως η διαδικτυακή συμβουλευτική είναι μια απρόσωπη διαδικασία χωρίς ουσιαστική επικοινωνία. | el |
| heal.abstract | Counseling is one of the basic pedagogical components of the teacher's work, which is necessary in our society where is rapidly changing. Among the most important changes in our lives is the penetration of the internet in a plethora of daily activities. In the context of the huge impact of internet in human society evolution, the present research was conducted in order to investigate the attitudes and perceptions of primary and secondary school teachers regarding the online counseling. In particular, we basically investigate 1) the teachers’ perceptions concerning the benefits and disadvantages of online counseling, 2) to what extent they are familiar with the meaning of the term, 3) what issues in the field of education they believe can be solved through its use, and 4) whether they would turn to an online counseling service in the future. The survey was conducted in primary, secondary schools of the Epirus Region in Greece, in the period from late March to May 2020. The participants were 221 teachers (in primary and secondary education) who completed a relevant questionnaire. The quantitative data of the survey were analyzed through descriptive statistics. The findings show that teachers are unfamiliar with the importance of online counseling and the majority believes that the use of online counseling services is hampered by their lack of training. However, they are moving in a positive direction in providing online counseling. Their views differ significantly from demographic and other factors. Teachers agree moderately as far as it concerns the future use of online counseling in order to address problems, with most important the issues of career guidance. Finally, some educators believe that online counseling is an impersonal process without meaningful communication. | en |
