| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία μέσα από μία βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση διερευνάται ο ηγετικός ρόλος του διευθυντή και η σχέση του με την αποτελεσματικότητα του σχολείου. Η εργασία εστιάζει στην ανάλυση του ρόλου του διευθυντή ως ηγέτη και προσπαθεί να αναδείξει μέσα από μία θεωρητική προσέγγιση τα στοιχεία που απαρτίζουν έναν αποτελεσματικό ηγέτη. Μέσα από την επισκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας επιχειρείται ακόμα η σύνδεση του ηγετικού ρόλου του διευθυντή μιας σχολικής μονάδας με την αποτελεσματική λειτουργία της. Το βασικό πόρισμα της μελέτης είναι ότι ο ηγετικός ρόλος ενός διευθυντού στελέχους έχει πολλές πτυχές και αποτελεί καθοριστικό παράγοντα για την αποτελεσματικότητα του σχολικού οργανισμού. | el |
| heal.abstract | In the present work, a bibliographic review explores the leadership role of the principal and its relationship to school effectiveness. The thesis focuses on analyzing the role of the manager as a leader and seeks to present through a theoretical approach the elements that make up an effective leader. The literature review also attempts to link the leadership role of the head of a school unit with its effective functioning. The key finding of the study is that the leadership role of a chief executive has many aspects and is a key factor in the effectiveness of the school organization. | en |
