| heal.abstract | Οι συγκρούσεις είναι ένα συχνό φαινόμενο στους εργασιακούς χώρους που δημιουργεί αυξημένο άγχος και στρες στους εργαζόμενους . Εμφανίζεται μεταξύ ατόμων, προϊσταμένων και υφιστάμενων και μεταξύ ομάδων . Σκοπός είναι να ορίσουμε την έννοια (ορισμός) των εργασιακών συγκρούσεων , να δούμε τι τις προκαλεί και τι επιπτώσεις έχει στα άτομα . Ακόμα μπορούμε να μελετήσουμε την συμπεριφορά των ατόμων που είναι στον χώρο, αλλά δεν εμπλέκονται στην σύγκρουση. Εφόσον θεωρούμε δεδομένο ότι θα υπάρχουν συγκρούσεις στον εργασιακό χώρο και αυτές δημιουργούν πρόβλημα τόσο στους εργαζόμενους , αλλά και στην παραγωγή , είναι αναγκαίο να μελετήσουμε τους τρόπους προλήψεις των εργασιακών συγκρούσεων , καθώς και τις μεθόδους διαχείρισής τους από την επιχείρηση . Τέλος, θα δούμε αν η οικονομική κρίση έχει επηρεάσει τις εργασιακές συγκρούσεις. | el |
| heal.abstract | Conflicts are very common in the workplace and it creates increased anxiety and stress for employees. These conflicts usually occur between the foremen and their subordinates as well as other groups. Our aim is to define the concept (definition) of labor conflicts, to see what causes them and what affects they have on people. We can also study the behavior of people that are in the workplace but are not involved in the conflicts.
