| heal.abstract | O τουρισμός αποτελεί βασικό πυλώνα ανάπτυξης της χώρας μας αφού έχει σημαντική συνεισφορά στο Ακαθάριστο Εγχώριο Προϊόν της χώρας μας, στην απασχόληση αλλά και στις επενδύσεις. Διαδραματίζει ενεργό ρόλο στην οικονομική ανάπτυξη της χώρας, μέσα σε ένα ιδιαίτερα ανταγωνιστικό περιβάλλον από τις χώρες της Μεσογείου, αλλά και από νέους αναδυόμενους προορισμούς. Η Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου επενδύει όλο και περισσότερο στη δημιουργία ενός ολοκληρωμένου τουριστικού προϊόντος αναγνωρισμένου τόσο εντός όσο και εκτός Ελλάδας ως βασικό μοχλό οικονομικής της ανάπτυξης. Ο Δήμος Αρταίων έχει τις προϋποθέσεις να αναπτυχθεί τουριστικά αφού διαθέτει τα συγκριτικά πλεονεκτήματα που πρέπει να εκμεταλλευτεί. Τα πλεονεκτήματα αυτά με την απαραίτητη σύμπραξη φορέων και ιδιωτών όπως παρουσιάζονται στην μεταπτυχιακή εργασία θα οδηγήσουν το Δήμο Αρταίων σε μία κατ΄ ουσία βιώσιμη τουριστική ανάπτυξη. Μέσω της ανάλυσης SWOT της περιοχής και της παρουσίασης συνεντεύξεων από επιχειρήσεις που δραστηριοποιούνται στο χώρο, αποτυπώνονται τα αποτελέσματα, και τεκμηριώνονται οι προτάσεις. | el |
| heal.abstract | Tourism is a major development pillar in our country since it contributes in the Gross Domestic Product not only in the field of employment but also in the investments. It plays an active role in the economic development of the country especially amongst a very competitive environment from Mediterranean countries, but also from rather recently emerging destinations. The Prefecture of Epirus has been investing more and more in the creation of a comprehensive tourist product as a major means of economic development, one recognized both domestically and abroad. The Municipality of Arta satisfies the requirements to further develop its tourism, since it has all the advantages that have to be met. With the necessary aid of carriers and private creditors, as they are presented in the post-graduate diploma, these advantages can lead the Municipality of Arta in a viable development of tourism. Through the SWOT analysis of the region and the presentation of interviews from businesses that are active in the field of tourism the results are reflected and suggestions are substantiated. | en |
