| heal.abstract | Εισαγωγή: το μεταβολικό σύνδρομο είναι ένα σύμπλεγμα καταστάσεων που συμβαίνουν ταυτόχρονα, αυξάνοντας τον κίνδυνο για καρδιακή νόσο, εγκεφαλικού επεισοδίου και σακχαρώδη διαβήτη. Αυτές οι καταστάσεις περιλαμβάνουν αυξημένη αρτηριακή πίεση, υπεργλυκαιμία, υπερβολικό σωματικό λίπος κεντρικά και παθολογικά επίπεδα χοληστερόλης ή τριγλυκεριδίων. Πρόκειται για μία πάθηση όπου η εμφάνιση της έχει αυξηθεί ραγδαία. Σκοπός: σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση του μεταβολικού συνδρόμου, η παρουσίαση του νοσηλευτικού ρόλου και η παράθεση νέων ερευνητικών δεδομένων. Μεθοδολογία: στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση για το μεταβολικό σύνδρομο και για το ρόλο του νοσηλευτή. Οι ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν ήταν Pubmed και Google Scholar. Αποτελέσματα: τα αποτελέσματα της βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης έδειξαν ότι το μεταβολικό σύνδρομο είναι ένα παγκόσμιο φαινόμενο, είναι πολυπαραγοντικό και θεωρείται κρίσιμη η αντιμετώπιση του. Η νέες διατροφικές συνήθειες που πρέπει να αποκτήσει ο ασθενής με μεταβολικό σύνδρομο είναι εξαιρετικά σημαντικός παράγοντας καθώς αλλάζει όλο τον τρόπο ζωής και τις συνήθειες που είχε μέχρι τότε. Ο νοσηλευτής έχει σημαντικό ρόλο στη διαχείριση του μεταβολικού συνδρόμου, στην υποστήριξη αλλά και στην ένταξη των ασθενών σε προγράμματα που αφορούν τη διαχείριση της πάθησης. Είναι εξίσου σημαντικό ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή όχι μόνο σε προσωπικό επίπεδο αλλά και σε κοινοτικό επίπεδο. | el |
| heal.abstract | Introduction: Metabolic syndrome is a complex of conditions that occur simultaneously, increasing the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes. These conditions include high blood pressure, hyperglycemia, excessive body fat, and abnormal levels of cholesterol or triglycerides. It is a condition where its appearance has increased rapidly. Purpose: the purpose of this dissertation is the presentation of the metabolic syndrome, the presentation of the nursing role and the presentation of new research data. Methodology: in the present dissertation a literature review was performed on the metabolic syndrome and the role of the nurse. The electronic databases used were Pubmed and Google Scholar. Results: The results of the literature review showed that the metabolic syndrome is a global phenomenon, it is multifactorial, and its treatment is considered critical. The new eating habits that the patient with metabolic syndrome must acquire is an extremely important factor as it changes the whole way of life and the habits that he had until then. The nurse has an important role in the management of the metabolic syndrome, in the support but also in the inclusion of patients in programs related to the management of the disease. Equally important is the role of the nurse not only on a personal level but also at a community level. Conclusions: information, prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome is particularly important. The nurse can undertake the education and information of the patient with metabolic syndrome, to promote health. | en |
