| heal.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Η εννοιολογική προσέγγιση του όρου κατάκλιση αναφέρεται στη λύση της συνέχειας του δέρματος προκαλούμενη από παρατεινόμενη πίεση σε μια ευάλωτη περιοχή του σώματος, με αποτέλεσμα την πρόκληση ισχαιμίας με ταυτόχρονη διακοπή της μικροκυκλοφορίας και την εμφάνιση του έλκους. Μια σειρά από πολλούς παράγοντες συμβάλλουν στην εμφάνιση των κατακλίσεων. Σκοπός: Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας αποτελεί η ανασκόπηση της τρέχουσας αρθρογραφίας(της τελευταίας δεκαετίας) και βιβλιογραφίας σχετικά με τις κατακλίσεις και την νοσηλευτική τους φροντίδα. Επιμέρους σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής είναι η παράθεση των νεότερων δεδομένων που αφορούν τις κατακλίσεις από άρθρα της τελευταίας πενταετίας. Υλικό – Μέθοδος: Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν ιατρικά και νοσηλευτικά συγγράμματα και άρθρα από έγκυρα επιστημονικά περιοδικά μέσω των βάσεων δεδομένων Pubmed και Google Scholar και έγκυρων διαδικτυακών πηγών. Συμπεράσματα: Οι κατακλίσεις συντελούν ως ένα σημαντικό υγειονομικό πρόβλημα με πολλές συνέπειες σε κάθε επίπεδο. Τόσο η πρόληψη όσο και η αντιμετώπισή τους είναι επιτεύξιμη από το νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό αν διαθέτουν την κατάλληλη γνωστική κατάρτιση για την διαχείρισή τους, εφαρμόζοντας στρατηγικές πρόληψης και αντιμετώπισης μέσω ειδικών πρωτοκόλλων. | heal.abstract | Introduction: The conceptual approach of the term pressure ulcers refers to the resolution of skin continuity caused by prolonged pressure in a vulnerable area of the body resulting in ischemia with simultaneous interruption of microcirculation and the appearance of ulcers. A number of factors contribute to the appearance of pressure ulcers. There are a variety of factors that contribute to the appearance of a bed by acting coherently. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to review current articles and bibliographies (of the last decade) on pressure ulcers and nursing care. The specific purpose of this work is to provide the most recent data on floods from articles from the last five years and internet sites. Material - Method: Were used edictal and nursing journals and articles from valid scientific journals through the Pubmed and Google Scholar databases. Conclusions: Pressure ulcers are a major health problem with many consequences at every level. Both prevention and management are achievable by nursing staff if they have the appropriate cognitive training to manage them by applying prevention and response strategies through specific protocols.
