| heal.abstract | Από τη στιγμή της γέννησης του ανθρώπου, η πρωταρχική ανάγκη επιβίωσης του είναι η τροφή του. Ένα βρέφος μπορεί να σιτιστεί είτε με φυσικό τρόπο δηλαδή από το στήθος της μητέρας του είτε με τεχνικό τρόπο μέσω επεξεργασμένου γάλατος με τη βοήθεια του μπιμπερό. Ο μητρικός θηλασμός υπήρξε ανέκαθεν μια φυσική βιολογική διαδικασία ενώ ταυτόχρονα για πολλά χρόνια ήταν και η μόνη επιλογή των νεογέννητων του ανθρώπινου είδους αλλά και του ζωικού βασιλείου για επιβίωση. Η παρούσα εργασία προσπαθεί να αναδείξει τον σημαντικό ρόλο του θηλασμού και την επίδραση που ασκεί τόσο στη μητέρα όσο και στο παιδί της. Μέσα από την βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση, σκοπός της εργασίας αποτελεί η μελέτη των ψυχολογικών, συναισθηματικών, νοητικών και κοινωνικών επιδράσεων που μπορεί να έχει ο θηλασμός καθώς επίσης και να προβάλλει την αξία του μητρικού θηλασμού γενικότερα. Η συγκεκριμένη εργασία βασίστηκε σε δευτερογενή βιβλιογραφική έρευνα και συγκεκριμένα στην μελέτη επιστημονικών βιβλιογραφικών πηγών σχετικών με το συγκεκριμένο ζήτημα | el |
| heal.abstract | From the moment of a human’s birth, the first need of his survival is food. An infant can be fed either with a natural way that is from his mother’s breast or with a technical way through processed milk with a baby’s bottle help. Breastfeeding has always been a natural biological process and at the same time for many years was the only option for the newborns of humanity and for the animal’s kingdom as well for their survival. The present paper tries to show the essential role of breastfeeding and the impact it has to a mother and to her child. Through literature review, the purpose of the paper is to examine the physiological, emotional, mental and the social impacts that breastfeeding may have as also indicates the value of breastfeeding in general. The particular project is based on a secondary research and particularly on the study of scientific resources which are related to the subject. | en |
