heal.abstractΣτη σύγχρονη πόλη, ο άνθρωπος κινείται αδιάκοπα ανάμεσα σε ερεθίσματα, ταχύτητα και πληροφορία. Το σώμα κουράζεται πριν το αντιληφθεί ο νους. Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία γεννιέται από αυτήν ακριβώς την ανάγκη: την ανάγκη επανασύνδεσης. Η πρόταση τοποθετείται στο Île Fanac, ένα μικρό νησί στις παρυφές του Παρισιού, έναν τόπο που ισορροπεί ανάμεσα στην απομόνωση και τη ζωντάνια της πόλης. Στους χώρους που δημιουργούνται, η κίνηση δεν είναι βιασύνη αλλά συνειδητή πράξη, η τέχνη δεν είναι θέαμα αλλά εμπειρία. Το έργο προτείνει τη δημιουργία ενός χώρου αποκατάστασης από την υπερδιέγερση της καθημερινότητας, έναν ενεργό πολιτιστικό και σωματικό χώρο, όπου η εμπειρία, η κίνηση, η συγκέντρωση, η γνώση αλλά και η σχέση με το περιβάλλον λειτουργούν θεραπευτικά.el
heal.abstractIn the contemporary city, people move constantly between stimuli, speed, and information. The body becomes exhausted before the mind is even aware of it. This diploma thesis emerges precisely from this condition: the need for reconnection. The project is located on Île Fanac, a small island on the outskirts of Paris, a place that balances between isolation and the vitality of the city. Within the spaces that are created, movement is not associated with haste but with conscious action, and art is not presented as spectacle but as experience. The proposal introduces a space for recovery from the overstimulation of everyday life, an active cultural and bodily environment where experience, movement, concentration, knowledge, and the relationship with the surrounding landscape function in a restorative way.en
