heal.abstractΟ Βαγγέλης Γιακουμάκης, φοιτητής της Γαλακτοκομικής Σχολής Ιωαννίνων, έγινε γνωστός στην Ελλάδα λόγω της τραγικής ιστορίας του. Μία υπόθεση που στιγμάτισε τόσο τον τόπο των Ιωαννίνων όσο και ολόκληρη την Ελλάδα, ευαισθητοποίησε τον λαό και έφερε προ των ευθυνών τους: τις οικογένειες, την εκπαιδευτική κοινότητα, την επιστημονική κοινότητα, τις αρχές και το νομικό σύστημα. Η παρούσα ερευνητική εργασία στοχεύει στην εξέταση της υπόθεσης μέσα από μία χωρική και συνολικά αρχιτεκτονική προβληματική, διαγραμματοποιώντας την ανασύνθεση γεγονότων, τις χωρικές συνθήκες, και τις κοινωνικο-ιστορικές πτυχές της μικροκλίμακας της Γαλακτοκομικής Σχολής και τη μακροκλίμακας της Ηπείρου, χρησιμοποιώντας εργαλεία της μεθόδου Forensic Architecture. Υπό αυτό το πρίσμα, μελετάται η συνομιλία της αρχιτεκτονικής με άλλα επιστημονικά πεδία. Συνολικά, συνδυάζεται έρευνα: αναλυτική, μέσω πρωτότυπης δημιουργίας διαγραμμάτων και αρχιτεκτονική αποτύπωση χώρων· βιβλιογραφική, μέσω μελέτης βιβλίων και διαδικτυακών πηγών· και αρχειακή μέσω συνεντεύξεων από έναν δημοσιογράφο, έναν ερευνητή των Forensic Architecture, τους γονείς του Βαγγέλη Γιακουμάκη, και από δύο σκηνοθέτες και τρεις ηθοποιούς, οι οποίοι έχουν ασχοληθεί στο παρελθόν με την αναπαράσταση της εν λόγω υπόθεσης.el
heal.abstractVaggelis Giakoumakis, a student at the Dairy Vocational School of Ioannina, became widely known in Greece due to his tragic story. A case that left its mark on both the city of Ioannina and the whole of Greece, raised public awareness, and challenged the set responsibilities of familial relationships, the educational community, the scientific community, authorities, and the legal system. This research paper aims to examine the case from evocative a spatial and overall architectural perspective, mapping the recomposition of events, spatial conditions, and socio-historical aspects of the micro-scale of the Dairy Vocational School and the macro-scale of Epirus, using the tools of the Forensic Architecture method. In this way, the dialogue between architecture and other scientific fields is studied. Overall, the research combines: analytical research, through original diagrams and measured surveys; bibliographic research, through the study of books and online sources, and archival research through interviews with one journalist, one researcher of the Forensic Architecture team, the parents of Vaggelis Giakoumakis, and two directors and three actors, who have been involved in the dramatised portrayal of Giakoymakis’ case in the past.en
