heal.abstractΟ Άγιος Λουκάς ήταν μία προσωπικότητα που συνδύασε την Θεολογία με την Ιατρική εκφράζοντας και τα δύο με μεγάλη δεινότητα. Ο βίος του ήταν συγκλονιστικός διότι έζησε σε μία ταραγμένη πολιτικά και κοινωνικά εποχή και αντιμετώπισε πολλά εμπόδια, δυσκολίες και διώξεις. Αυτό δεν τον σταμάτησε όμως από το να μεγαλουργήσει στην ιατρική και μέσα από την καθημερινή του προσπάθεια να γιατρέψει τους ανθρώπους, εκφράζοντας με αυτό το τρόπο την φιλανθρωπία του Θεού. Επιπρόσθετα, οδηγήθηκε σε πολλές ανακαλύψεις και καινοτομίες που χρησιμοποιούνται μέχρι και σήμερα στην ιατρική. Ο Άγιος Λουκάς είναι το ζωντανό και διαχρονικό παράδειγμα για το πως η συνάντηση της Θεολογίας με την Ιατρική, μπορεί να συμβάλλει στην πρόοδο της επιστήμης και της ανθρωπότητας.el
heal.abstractSaint Luke was a personality who combined Theology with Medicine, expressing both with great acuity. His life was shocking because he lived in a politically and socially turbulent time and faced many obstacles, difficulties and persecutions. But this did not stop him from excelling in medicine and through his daily effort to heal people, thus expressing the charity of God. In addition, he was led to many discoveries and innovations that are still used in medicine today. Saint Luke is the living and timeless example of how the meeting of Theology with Medicine can contribute to the progress of science and humanity.en
