| heal.abstract | Στόχος της παρούσας έρευνας ήταν η εφαρμογή και αξιολόγηση της αποτελεσματικότητας ενός εντατικού ψυχοεκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος θετικής ψυχολογίας, με σκοπό, πρωτίστως, την ενίσχυση της ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας σε φροντιστές ατόμων με άνοια και δευτερευόντως τη μείωση των αρνητικών συναισθημάτων, των καταθλιπτικών συμπτωμάτων και της συναισθηματικής τους επιβάρυνσης, αλλά και την αύξηση των θετικών τους συναισθημάτων. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 30 φροντιστές ατόμων με διαγνωσμένη άνοια, οι οποίοι χωρίστηκαν σε 2 ομάδες, μία πειραματική ομάδα 15 ατόμων, στην οποία εφαρμόστηκε η παρέμβαση και μία ομάδα ελέγχου, επίσης, 15 ατόμων, που δεν έλαβε την παρέμβαση. Οι συμμετέχοντες και των δύο ομάδων συμπλήρωσαν μια σειρά ψυχομετρικών εργαλείων πριν και μετά την εφαρμογή του προγράμματος, καθώς και 3 μήνες, μετά την ολοκλήρωσή του. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν αύξηση των επιπέδων ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας των συμμετεχόντων της πειραματικής ομάδας και σημαντική μείωση των αρνητικών τους συναισθημάτων, των επιπέδων της κατάθλιψης που βίωναν και της συναισθηματικής τους επιβάρυνσης, επιβεβαιώνοντας τις υποθέσεις της έρευνας, χωρίς, όμως, να σημειώνεται αύξηση των θετικών τους συναισθημάτων, κάτι που δεν αναμένονταν εξαρχής. Τα θετικά αποτελέσματα του προγράμματος, στην ομάδα παρέμβασης φαίνεται πως διατηρήθηκαν και 3 μήνες μετά την ολοκλήρωση της. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of the present study was to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of an intensive psycho-educational program based on Positive psychology, primarily, to enhance the psychological resilience of caregivers of people with dementia and, secondarily, to reduce their negative emotions, depressive symptoms and emotional burden and increase their positive emotions. The study involved 30 caregivers of people diagnosed with dementia, who were divided into 2 groups, an experimental group of 15 people, who received the intervention and a control group of 15 caregivers, who did not receive the intervention. Participants in both groups completed a series of questionnaires, before and after the implementation of the program, and 3 months after the program was completed. The results showed an increase in the levels of psychological resilience of the participants in the experimental group and a significant decrease in their negative emotions, depression and emotional burden, confirming the hypotheses of the study. There wasn’t an increase in caregivers positive emotions, which was not expected from the beginning. The positive effects of the program in the intervention group, seem to be maintained 3 months after the program was completed. | en |
