| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία ερευνάται η μάθηση, η σχολική ζωή και η επικοινωνία με τους γονείς των μεταναστών και προσφύγων μαθητών από την πλευρά των εκπαιδευτικών καθώς και οι εμπειρίες και πρακτικές των εκπαιδευτικών όσον αφορά τη διαπολιτισμική εκπαίδευση και πιο ειδικά τη σχολική ζωή των μεταναστών και προσφύγων και την επικοινωνία με τους γονείς. Σκοπός του θεωρητικού μέρους της παρούσας εργασίας αποτέλεσε η ανάδειξη σημαντικών παραγόντων για την καλύτερη κοινωνικό-συναισθηματική αγωγή των παιδιών από τους γονείς και τους εκπαιδευτικούς τους με έμφαση στη σημασία της μεταξύ τους συνεργασίας και τον ρόλο της διαπολιτισμικής εκπαίδευσης για την καλύτερη και πιο ομαλή συνύπαρξη και εξέλιξη των συγκεκριμένων παιδιών στο σχολείο. Η καλή συνεργασία μεταξύ των εκπαιδευτικών και των γονέων αποτελεί αναμφίβολα βασικό παράγοντα για την επίτευξη των διδακτικών και παιδαγωγικών στόχων του σχολείου. Ακόμη πιο αναγκαία καθίσταται αυτή η συνεργασία στην περίπτωση μεταναστών και προσφύγων μαθητών. Αφετηρία της παρούσας έρευνας είναι ο γενικότερος προβληματισμός για την εκπαίδευση των μεταναστών και προσφύγων μαθητών στο ελληνικό σχολείο και ειδικότερος σκοπός είναι η διερεύνηση των απόψεων των εκπαιδευτικών σχετικά με την γονική εμπλοκή και την συνεργασία τους με γονείς μεταναστών και προσφύγων μαθητών. Ειδικότερα, στο πλαίσιο της παρούσας έρευνας μελετήθηκε η συχνότητα της συνεργασίας των εκπαιδευτικών με τους γονείς μεταναστών και προσφύγων μαθητών, καθώς και οι δυσκολίες που ανακύπτουν στη συνεργασία αυτή από την οπτική των εκπαιδευτικών. Επιπλέον, διερευνήθηκε κατά πόσο η γονική εμπλοκή επιδρά θετικά στην ολόπλευρη (ακαδημαϊκή, συναισθηματική και κοινωνική) εξέλιξη του παιδιού, κατά την εκτίμηση των εκπαιδευτικών. Πρόκειται για μια ποιοτική έρευνα με ημιδομημένες συνεντεύξεις από εκπαιδευτικούς του 9ου διαπολιτισμικού δημοτικού σχολείου Ιωαννίνων. Η ανάπτυξη και η εδραίωση καλής συνεργασίας σχολείου και οικογένειας με μεταναστευτικό υπόβαθρο στα πλαίσια της διαπολιτισμικής εκπαίδευσης και επικοινωνίας έχει πολλαπλά οφέλη στην ανάπτυξη των παιδιών. Λόγω των πολλαπλής ετερότητας που παρουσιάζουν αυτές οι οικογένειες οι εκπαιδευτικοί θα πρέπει να είναι διαπολιτισμικά ευαισθητοποιημένοι και ικανοί να μπορούν να διαχειριστούν τους παράγοντες που εμποδίζουν την ανάπτυξη καλής συνεργασίας και να ενθαρρύνουν την προσέλευσή τους στο σχολικό περιβάλλον με σκοπό την ενίσχυση της εμπλοκής τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | In this thesis, learning, school life and communication with the parents of immigrant and refugee students as well as the experiences and practices of teachers in intercultural education are investigated. The purpose of the theoretical part of this work is to highlight important factors for the best socio-emotional upbringing of children by their parents and teachers, with an emphasis on the importance of cooperation between them and the role of intercultural education for the best and smoother coexistence and development of specific children at school. Good cooperation between teachers and parents is undoubtedly a key factor in achieving the teaching and pedagogic goals of the school. This cooperation becomes even more necessary in the case of immigrant and refugee students. The starting point of this research is the general reflection on the education of immigrant students at Greek schools and a more specific purpose is the investigation of teachers' opinions regarding parental involvement and their cooperation with parents of immigrant and refugee students. In particular, in the context of this research, the frequency of cooperation between teachers and the parents of immigrant and refugee students was studied, as well as the difficulties that arise in this cooperation. In addition, it was investigated whether parental involvement has a positive effect on the all-round (academic, emotional and social) development of the child, as assessed by the teachers. It is a qualitative research with semi-structured interviews from teachers from the ninth intercultural primary school of Ioannina. The development and consolidation of good cooperation between school and family with an immigrant background in the context of intercultural education and communication has multiple benefits in the child's development. Due to the multiple heterogeneity presented by these families, teachers should be interculturally aware and able to manage the factors that prevent the development of good cooperation and encourage their presence in the school environment in order to strengthen their parental involvement. | en |
