| heal.abstract | Παρόλο που τα άτομα με Διαταραχή Αυτιστικού Φάσματος (Δ.Α.Φ.) έρχονται συχνά αντιμέτωπα με πολλές προκλήσεις σε διάφορους τομείς, διακρίνονται και από ένα σύνολο ιδιαίτερων και ξεχωριστών δυνατοτήτων και δεξιοτήτων. Σε αυτές συμπεριλαμβάνονται η ισχυρή μνήμη, η επιμονή και συγκέντρωση στη λεπτομέρεια, καθώς και η στερεοτυπία ως προς την τήρηση οδηγιών. Σήμερα, σε όλες τις σύγχρονες κοινωνίες, κάθε πολίτης έχει το δικαίωμα επιλογής του επαγγέλματος το οποίο θα του προσφέρει οικονομική ανεξαρτησία και αυτονομία και βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής του. Για αυτό το λόγο, τα τελευταία χρόνια, παρατηρούνται συνεχείς προσπάθειες, ώστε τα άτομα με ειδικές εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες και πιο συγκεκριμένα τα άτομα με Δ.Α.Φ., να επιτύχουν την επαγγελματική τους συμπερίληψη. Παρόλα αυτά, στην χώρα μας, ίσως λόγω έλλειψης γνώσεων και κοινωνικών προκαταλήψεων που υπάρχουν, οι εργοδότες φαίνεται να διακατέχονται από έναν αρνητισμό ή και επιφυλακτικότητα ως προς τη πρόσληψη ενός ατόμου με Δ.Α.Φ. στις επιχειρήσεις τους. Οι εκπαιδευτικοί ειδικής αγωγής φαίνεται επίσης να υποστηρίζουν ότι τα άτομα που ανήκουν στο φάσμα δεν θα μπορούσαν να προσληφθούν εύκολα σε μια επιχείρηση, εξαιτίας της ύπαρξης κοινωνικών στερεοτύπων. Από την άλλη πλευρά, οι γονείς των ατόμων που είναι στο φάσμα αν και επιθυμούν την επαγγελματική συμπερίληψη των παιδιών τους, παρουσιάζονται συνήθως επιφυλακτικοί κατά την ενηλικίωση του, πιθανώς λόγω των κοινωνικών αντιλήψεων που κυριαρχούν. Στο πλαίσιο των προαναφερόμενων διεξήχθη η παρούσα έρευνα, σκοπός της οποίας ήταν να διερευνήσει τις κοινωνικές στάσεις και των απόψεων των εργοδοτών, των εκπαιδευτικών ειδικής αγωγής και των γονέων ατόμων με Δ.Α.Φ., της περιοχής των Ιωαννίνων, για την επαγγελματική συμπερίληψη των ατόμων με Δ.Α.Φ. Το δείγμα αποτέλεσαν εργοδότες, εκπαιδευτικοί ειδικής αγωγής και γονείς ατόμων με Δ.Α.Φ. που κατοικούν και δραστηριοποιούνται στην Περιφερειακή Ενότητα των Ιωαννίνων. Ως εργαλείο έρευνας αξιοποιήθηκε το ερωτηματολόγιο: Ερωτηματολόγιο για Εργοδότες, Ερωτηματολόγιο για Εκπαιδευτικούς Ειδικής Αγωγής, Ερωτηματολόγιο για Γονείς Ατόμων με Δ.Α.Φ. (2023). Τα αποτελέσματα κατέδειξαν ότι υπάρχουν θετικές απόψεις για την επαγγελματική συμπερίληψη των ατόμων με Δ.Α.Φ. Επίσης, και οι τρεις κατηγορίες παρουσίασαν θετικές κοινωνικές στάσεις για τα άτομα που ανήκουν στο φάσμα. Τα ευρήματα της έρευνας μπορούν να αξιοποιηθούν τόσο για τον σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή εκπαιδευτικών και ενημερωτικών προγραμμάτων σχετικά με το θέμα των Δ.Α.Φ. όσο και για την ανάληψη ενεργειών και τη λήψη αποφάσεων και πρωτοβουλιών από την Πολιτεία. Μέσω αυτών των μέτρων θα μπορούσαν να ενδυναμωθούν οι προσπάθειες για την επαγγελματική συμπερίληψη των ατόμων με Δ.Α.Φ., ώστε να προωθηθεί η κοινωνική και οικονομική τους αυτονομία και εξέλιξη ως ισότιμα μέλη της κοινωνίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | Although people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (A.S.D.) are often faced with many challenges in different areas, they are also distinguished by a unique and distinct set of strengths and skills. These include strong memory, persistence and concentration on detail, and stereotypicality in following instructions. Today, in all modern societies, every citizen has the right to choose the profession that will provide him or her with economic independence and autonomy and improve the quality of life. For this reason, in recent years, continuous efforts have been made to help people with special educational needs, and more specifically people with A.S.D., to achieve professional inclusion. However, in our country, perhaps due to a lack of knowledge and social prejudices that exist, employers seem to be possessed by a negativism or even caution about hiring a person with A.S.D. in their companies. Special education teachers also seem to argue that people on the spectrum would not be easily recruited into a business because of the existence of social stereotypes. On the other hand, the parents of people on the spectrum, although they want their children to be included in the workplace, are usually cautious when their children reach adulthood, probably because of prevailing social perceptions. In the context of the aforementioned, the present research was conducted, the purpose of which was to investigate the social attitudes and opinions of employers, special education teachers and parents of people with ASD in the Ioannina region, regarding the professional inclusion of people with ASD. The sample consisted of employers, special education teachers and parents of people with A.S.D. who reside and operate in the Regional Unit of Ioannina. The questionnaire was used as a research tool: Questionnaire for Employers, Questionnaire for Special Education Teachers, Questionnaire for Parents of People with ASD (2023). The results showed that there are positive attitudes towards the professional inclusion of people with ASD. Also, all three categories showed positive social attitudes towards people on the spectrum. The findings of the research can be used both for the design and implementation of educational and information programmes on the issue of A.S.D., as well as for the taking of actions, decisions and initiatives by the State. Through these measures, efforts for the professional inclusion of people with ASD could be strengthened in order to promote their social and economic autonomy and development as equal members of society. | en |
