| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία με τίτλο οικονομική πληροφόρηση σε μικρές και μεσαίες επιχειρήσεις στην περιοχή των Ιωαννίνων είναι μια μελέτη περίπτωσης για την αξιολόγηση της σημασίας και του βαθμού χρήσης των συστημάτων ERP όπως αντιλαμβάνονται οι λογιστές κάθε συμμετέχουσας εταιρείας. Το ερευνητικό εργαλείο που χρησιμοποιήθηκε σε αυτή τη μελέτη ήταν το ερωτηματολόγιο. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, μοιράστηκε σε 30 εταιρείες στην ευρύτερη περιοχή των Ιωαννίνων. Μέσα από την ερευνητική διαδικασία αξιολογήθηκε το προφίλ κάθε εταιρείας, η σημασία των συστημάτων ERP στην καθημερινή τους λειτουργία καθώς και ο βαθμός ικανοποίησης των εταιρειών ως προς τις ψηφιακές λειτουργίες που προσφέρονται μέσω της εφαρμογής των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present dissertation entitled financial information in small and medium enterprises in the region of Ioannina is a case study to assess the importance and degree of use of ERP systems as perceived by the accountants of each participating company. The research tool utilized in this study was a questionnaire. More, in particular it was shared among 30 companies in the greater area of Ioannina. Through the research process, the profile of each company was evaluated, the importance of the ERP systems in their daily operations as also the degree of satisfaction of the companies in terms of the digital functions offered through the application of the information systems. | en |
