| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα διατριβή έχει επίκεντρο το θεσμό των Ι.Ε.Κ. Αποσκοπεί στη συστηματική διερεύνηση και ερμηνεία της ιστορικής εξέλιξης των Ι.Ε.Κ. καθώς και των κοινωνικών λειτουργιών, που αυτά επιτελούν. Μέσα στο πλαίσιο αυτό γίνεται προσπάθεια να απαιτηθεί ένα κυρίαρχο ερώτημα. Αν και σε ποιο βαθμό τα Ι.Ε.Κ. προετοιμάζουν τους καταρτιζόμενους για την ένταξη στην αγορά εργασίας. Επίσης στη παρούσα διατριβή καταβάλλεται προσπάθεια καταγραφής εξέτασης και ανάλυσης του συστήματος επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης στην Ελλάδα στο πλαίσιο μιας γενικότερης προσπάθειας να γίνει αξιολόγηση του θεσμού της επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης, δέκα χρόνια αφότου άρχισε η λειτουργία των Ι.Ε.Κ. Γίνεται μια χαρτογράφηση των Ι.Ε.Κ. του Νομού Αχαΐας η οποία σε συνάρτηση με την έρευνα που πραγματοποιήθηκε με τη χρήση στατιστικών στοιχείων αλλά και προγραμμάτων επιχειρείται μία πρώτη απόπειρα κριτικής και ερμηνείας του θεσμού της επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης στην Ελλάδα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present thesis has epicentre the Institutes of Vocational Training (I.E.K.). Aims in the systematic investigation and interpretation of historical development of the I.E.K., as well as social operations, that these carry out. In this frame becomes effort, a more major and sovereign question to be answered. In what degree the Institutes of Vocational Training do prepare the students for the labour market. At the same time, with this thesis, we try to record, examine and analyze the total system of professional training in Greece, and in the frame of a more general effort we try to evaluate the Institutes of Vocational Training, ten years since their foundation. At the end we give a geographic monitoring of the institutes inside the country of Achaia, and in collaboration with statistical elements and programs we attempt to review and discuss their functions, criticism and interpretation of I.E.K. in Greece is also analyzed. | en |
