| heal.abstract | Η φροντίδα αποτελεί ένα πανανθρώπινο φαινόμενο και αφορά την ικανοποίηση των αναγκών και την επίλυση των προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν στη ζωή μας ως ανθρώπινα όντα. Ξεκινά στην αρχή της ζωής και τελειώνει με το θάνατο, συνοδεύοντάς μας σε κάθε της στιγμή. Όταν κάποιος παρέχει φροντίδα με την πραγματική του παρουσία ζει ανάμεσα σε διανθρώπινες διεργασίες. Η φροντίδα για τους άλλους είναι ουσιώδης καθώς αποτελεί το πλήρες δόσιμο της προσοχής για τον άλλο, που δίνει τη δυνατότητα στον παρέχοντα φροντίδα να "ενδιατρίβει με" και να "αναπτύσσεται μέσα από", έχοντας τον έλεγχο της κατάστασης της υγείας. Όταν ο φροντίζων εισέρχεται στον κόσμο του άλλου με πρόθεση να γνωρίσει τον άλλον ως πρόσωπο που νοιάζεται, η συνάντηση του φροντίζοντος και του φροντιζόμενου δημιουργεί το φαινόμενο της φροντίδας μεταξύ των προσώπων (caring between). Ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον παρουσιάζει η φροντίδα των ανθρώπων που βρίσκονται λίγο πριν το θάνατο, όπου προκύπτουν ιδιαίτερες ανάγκες και απαιτούνται ιδιαίτερες δεξιότητες φροντίδας. Εκεί όπου δεν υπάρχει θεραπεία, η ανάγκη για φροντίδα εξακολουθεί να υπάρχει και φαίνεται πως η ικανοποίηση αυτής της ανάγκης για φροντίδα σηματοδοτεί έναν "καλό θάνατο". Η φροντίδα του ανθρώπου που βρίσκεται στο τέλος της ζωής αποτελεί το πλαίσιο μέσα από το οποίο παρέχεται ένα ειρηνικός, αξιοπρεπής θάνατος. Κατά τη διαδικασία της παροχής φροντίδας λαμβάνονται υπόψη οι προσωπικές και θρησκευτικές αξίες και πεποιθήσεις του ατόμου καθώς και οι παράμετροι που αφορούν την πορεία και τις επιπτώσεις του νοσήματος από το οποίο πάσχει. Το πλάνο φροντίδας θα πρέπει να είναι ευέλικτο και να επικεντρώνεται στην παροχή άνεσης και όχι σε μια ενεργό και πιθανά ‘επιθετική’ θεραπευτική παρέμβαση. Με επίκεντρο το άτομο που πεθαίνει, τις ανάγκες και τα προβλήματά του, ξεδιπλώνεται και λαμβάνει μορφή το ουράνιο τόξο της διεπιστημονικής φροντίδας, με το κάθε χρώμα του να αποτελεί την φροντίδα του κάθε επιστήμονα φροντίδας και όλες μαζί οι φροντίδες να δίνουν την ομορφιά του τελικού αποτελέσματος. | el |
| heal.abstract | Caring is a universal phenomenon and concerns the satisfaction of needs and the resolution of problems that arise in our life as human beings. It begins at the beginning of life and ends with death, accompanying us in every moment. When one provides care with one's real presence one lives among human processes. Caring for others is essential as it is the full giving of attention to the other, which enables the caregiver to "grow with" and "grow through" in control of the health condition. When the caregiver enters the other's world with the intention of getting to know the other as a caring person, the meeting of the caregiver and the cared for creates the phenomenon of "caring between" persons. Of particular interest is the care of people who are just before death, where special needs arise, and special care skills are required. Where there is no cure, the need for care is still present, and it seems that the satisfaction of this need for care signals a "good death". End-of-life care is the framework within which a peaceful, dignified death is provided. During the process of providing care, the person's personal and religious values and beliefs are taken into account, as well as the parameters related to the course and effects of the disease from which s/he suffers. The care plan should be flexible and focus on providing comfort rather than an active and possibly 'aggressive' therapeutic intervention. Centered on the dying person, their needs and problems, the rainbow of interdisciplinary care unfolds and takes shape, with each color representing the care of each care scientist and all the cares together giving the beauty of the end result. | en |
