| heal.abstract | Η εν λόγω Μεταπτυχιακή Διπλωματική Εργασία εστιάζει σε ένα πεζό έργο της εποχής των Αυτοκρατορικών χρόνων, την Αληθή Ιστορίαν του Λουκιανού. Το κείμενο αυτό εξετάζεται από ειδολογική και αφηγηματολογική σκοπιά, ενώ αναλύεται και το προσδοκώμενο αναγνωστικό κοινό του Σαμοσατέως. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας διερευνάται από ειδολογικής σκοπιάς το λουκιάνειο έργο. Το υπό εξέταση αφήγημα αποτελεί ένα υβρίδιο, που εμπεριέχει χαρακτηριστικά στοιχεία του μυθιστορήματος αλλά και στοιχεία από άλλα λογοτεχνικά είδη, εκείνα του έπους, της επιστημονικής φαντασίας και της παραδοξογραφίας, της φιλοσοφίας, της ιστοριογραφίας, της κωμωδίας, της γεωγραφίας και της εθνογραφίας, της επιστολογραφίας. Όλα τα προαναφερθέντα είδη αναδεικνύουν την ειδολογική πολυφωνία του λουκιάνειου κειμένου. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας αναλύονται τα αφηγηματολογικά ζητήματα και το προσδοκώμενο αναγνωστικό κοινό. Tο δίπολο αλήθειας-ψεὐδους διατρέχει το έργο ενώ έκδηλη είναι και η προσπάθεια του αφηγητή να προσδώσει αληθοφάνεια στην αφήγηση. Επίσης, διερευνάται το ζήτημα της συνοχής του έργου μέσω των κοινών θεματικών και των στοιχείων που διαπερνούν τα, εκ πρώτης όψεως ασύνδετα, επεισόδια. Η αφηγηματική ταυτότητα και η ταύτιση ή μη του συγγραφέα με τον αφηγητή αποτελούν ένα αίνιγμα που εξετάζεται στο παρόν κεφάλαιο όπως και το ζήτημα του προσδοκώμενου αναγνωστικού κοινού, που φιλοδοξούσε να έλξει με το έργο του ο Λουκιανός. | el |
| heal.abstract | This Master Thesis focuses on a text of the Imperial Period, the True History of Lucian. This text is examined by generic and narratological point of view and at the same time its expected readership is explored. In the first chapter we analyze Lucian’s work from the generic point of view. This narrative is a hybrid, which includes characteristics of novel, but also elements from other literary genres, those of the epic, science fiction and paradoxography, philosophy, historiography, comedy, geography and ethnography and epistolography. All these literary genres contribute to the generic hybridity of the Lucianic text. In the second chapter we examine the narratological issues and the expected readership. The narrative of this text runs through the true-false dipole and the narrator’s attempt to make the narrative seem plausible. Also, the issue of cohesion of this narration is shown through common themes contained in the seemingly unrelated episodes. The identification or not of the author with the narrator and the expected readership have been also examined in this chapter. | en |
