| heal.abstract | Η περιοχή του Ευόσμου βρίσκεται στην δυτική πλευρά της Θεσσαλονίκης και θεωρείται από τις πιο αναπτυγμένες πληθυσμιακά περιοχές της πόλης τα τελευταία χρόνια. Αποτελεί πόλο έλξης για την δυτική μεριά της πόλης καθώς καθημερινά συγκεντρώνεται μεγάλος αριθμός ατόμων στην περιοχή και ιδιαίτερα στην πλατεία. Η πλατεία του Ευόσμου έχει την σημερινή μορφή της πάνω από τριάντα χρόνια και φαίνεται πως εξυπηρετεί περισσότερο τα καταστήματα όπου έχουν επεκταθεί με τραπεζοκαθίσματα στην έκταση της πλατείας, παρά τους ίδιους τους κατοίκους – επισκέπτες της περιοχής. Στόχος της πρότασης είναι ο σχεδιασμός ενός αναβαθμισμένου ελεύθερου δημόσιου χώρου κίνησης ,συνάθροισης και διάδρασης, οικείο προς τους πολίτες, εναρμονισμένο στις βιοκλιματικές και αισθητικές ανάγκες της εποχής, δίνοντας μεγάλη σημασία στην ενίσχυση του πρασίνου της πλατείας και διευθετώντας τους χώρους των καταστημάτων κατάλληλα. Επίσης, λαμβάνεται υπόψιν η κάλυψη των αναγκών για στάθμευση, οι είσοδοι της πλατείας για πεζούς, ποδηλάτες και άτομα που χρησιμοποιούν αμαξίδια καθώς και η οργάνωση του κυκλοφοριακού συστήματος της πλατείας και της περιμέτρου της. Τέλος, δίνεται μεγάλη έμφαση και στον φωτισμό του χώρου αλλά και η ανάδειξη του καλλιτεχνικού χαρακτήρα της πόλης προσπαθώντας με διάφορους χειρισμούς του σχεδιασμού να αναδειχτούν πολιτισμικά δρόμενα, εκθέσεις και εκδηλώσεις που θα προσελκύσουν τους κατοίκους της πόλης και όχι μόνο | el |
| heal.abstract | The area of Evosmos is located on the west side of Thessaloniki and is considered one of the most developed population areas of the city in recent years. It is a pole of attraction for the western part of the city as every day a large number of people gather in the area and especially in the square. The square of Evosmos has been in its current form for over thirty years and it seems that it serves more the shops where they have expanded with tables and seats in the area of the square than the residents – visitors of the area by themselves. The aim of the proposal is the design of an upgraded free public space for movement, gathering and interaction, familiar to the citizens, harmonized with the bioclimatic and aesthetic needs of the time, giving great importance to the strengthening of the green area of the square and arranging the shop spaces appropriately. Also, the coverage of parking needs, the entrances to the square for pedestrians, cyclists and people using wheelchairs as well as the organization of the traffic system of the square and its perimeter are taken into account. Finally, great emphasis is also placed on the lightning of the space and the highlighting of the artistic character of the city, trying with various manipulations of the design to highlight cultural events, exhibitions and events that will attract the residents of the city and not only. | en |
