| heal.abstract | Η ερευνητική εργασία αφορά στη διερεύνηση της αυθαίρετης δόμησης στην Ελλάδα. Το κείμενο διαρθρώνεται σε τέσσερα κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια προσπάθεια αποσαφήνισης του νομοθετικού πλαισίου και του ορισμού της αυθαίρετης δόμησης. Στο δεύτερο παρουσιάζεται η ιστορική εξέλιξη του προβλήματος, οι πρώτες νομοθετικές διατάξεις αλλά και οι μορφές των αυθαιρέτων ανάλογα με την κατάσταση της κοινωνίας, από τα μέσα του 19ου αιώνα έως το 2022. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο αποτελεί το κύριο ερευνητικό τμήμα της εργασίας, όπου εξετάζονται τρεις διαφορετικοί αλλά αυθαίρετοι οικισμοί, και το πως η αυθαιρεσία έγινε αρωγός σε φαινόμενα καταστροφής και παρεμπόδισε την επιτυχή αντιμετώπισή τους. | heal.abstract | The diploma research thesis deals with the illegal settlements in Greece. It is structured in four chapters. In the first chapter an attempt is made to clarify the legislative framework and the definition around the act of illegal building. In the second, the historical development of the problem, the first legislative provisions and the forms of illegal construction depending on the state of society are presented, from the mid-19th century up to 2022. The third chapter is the main research part of the thesis, where three different but illegal settlements are examined, on how illegal building patterns became an accomplice to disaster phenomena and hindered their effective management.
