| heal.abstract | Η συνεχής εξέλιξη του επιστημονικού πεδίου της Ειδικής Αγωγής και Εκπαίδευσης επιτάσσει την συστηματική παρακολούθηση αφενός των μεταβολών της ανάλογης νομοθεσίας και αφετέρου των νέων δυνατοτήτων, μεθόδων και διδακτικών τεχνικών της ειδικής εκπαίδευσης, από όλους τους εμπλεκομένους. Οι ειδικοί Παιδαγωγοί φαίνεται να διαδραματίζουν σημαντικό ρόλο στην αποτελεσματικότητα της ειδικής εκπαίδευσης, οι οποίοι καλούνται καθημερινά να διαχειρίζονται δύσκολες καταστάσεις και σύνθετα προβλήματα. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, η παρούσα εμπειρική μελέτη επιχειρεί να απαντήσει σε ερευνητικά ερωτήματα σχετικά με την επαγγελματική εξουθένωση των ειδικών Παιδαγωγών και την πιθανή συσχέτισή της με τα επίπεδα εσωτερικής συγκρότησης και διαχείρισης αγχογόνων καταστάσεων. Το δείγμα της έρευνας αποτέλεσαν 307 ειδικοί Παιδαγωγοί που υπηρετούν σε σχολικές μονάδες Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, οι οποίοι συμπλήρωσαν ανάλογο ερωτηματολόγιο αυτοαναφοράς. Η στατιστική ανάλυση των δεδομένων ανέδειξε σημαντικά αποτελέσματα, τα οποία μπορούν να αξιοποιηθούν στον σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή προγραμμάτων υποστήριξης των ειδικών Παιδαγωγών με στόχο τον περιορισμό της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης, τη βελτίωση του τρόπου διαχείρισης αγχογόνων καταστάσεων και την ενδυνάμωση της εσωτερικής συγκρότησης τους. Επιπλέον, χρήσιμα θα ήταν τα συμπεράσματα από τη διερεύνηση της σχέσης μεταξύ των αποτελεσμάτων της παρούσας έρευνας και της διδακτικής αποτελεσματικότητας των ειδικών Παιδαγωγών. | el |
| heal.abstract | The continuous development of the scientific field of Special Education and Training requires the systematic monitoring on the one hand of the changes of the respective legislation and on the other hand of the possibilities, methods and teaching techniques of the special education, by all involved. Special educators seem to play an important role in the effectiveness of Special Education, who are called upon daily to manage difficult situations and complex problems. In this context, the present empirical study attempts to answer research questions regarding the burnout of special educators and its possible correlation with the levels of sense of coherence and management of stressful situations. The sample of the research consisted of 307 Special Educators serving in Primary and Secondary Education schools, who completed a similar self-report questionnaire. The statistical analysis of the data showed significant results, which can be used in the design and implementation of support programs for Special Educators in order to reduce burnout, improve the management of stressful situations and strengthen their sense of coherence. In addition, the conclusions from the investigation of the relationship between the results of the present research and the didactic effectiveness of the Special Educators would be useful. | en |
