| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να διερευνήσει την εμπλοκή και τις απόψεις εκπαιδευτικών και των αρμόδιων στελεχών Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης σχετικά με τη συνεργασία σχολείου-κοινότητας στο πλαίσιο της Εκπαίδευσης για την Αειφόρο Ανάπτυξη. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, ο σκοπός της έρευνας είναι να διερευνήσει αν οι εκπαιδευτικοί που συμμετείχαν στην έρευνα εμπλέκονται σε συνεργασίες με την κοινότητα και τα είδη των συνεργασιών στις οποίες έχουν εμπλακεί, την αξία που αποδίδουν οι συμμετέχοντες στη συνεργασία, τις δυσκολίες που προκύπτουν και τα χαρακτηριστικά που οδηγούν σε μια επιτυχημένη συνεργασία. Για τον σκοπό αυτό, πραγματοποιήθηκαν 11 ατομικές ημιδομημένες συνεντεύξεις με τα στελέχη και τους εκπαιδευτικούς Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, οι οποίες αναλύθηκαν με τη μέθοδο της θεματικής ανάλυσης. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν πως όλοι οι εκπαιδευτικοί που συμμετείχαν στην έρευνα έχουν εμπλακεί σε συνεργασίες με την κοινότητα. Οι εκπαιδευτικοί και τα στελέχη περιέγραψαν πληθώρα συνεργασιών, όπως περιβαλλοντικές, κοινωνικές και πολιτιστικές δράσεις, επισκέψεις των μαθητών σε φορείς και επισκέψεις των φορέων στο σχολείο. Σχετικά με την αξία της συνεργασίας, οι συμμετέχοντες αναφέρθηκαν σε οφέλη που αφορούν τους μαθητές, τα σχολεία, τους εκπαιδευτικούς και την κοινότητα. Ωστόσο, κατέγραψαν αρκετές προκλήσεις που δυσκολεύουν τέτοιου είδους συνεργασίες. Τέλος, οι συμμετέχοντες ανέφεραν χαρακτηριστικά που ευνοούν τη συνεργασία και σχετίζονται τόσο με τις σχέσεις μεταξύ των εμπλεκόμενων μερών όσο και με την οργάνωση και υλοποίηση της συνεργασίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this study is to investigate the involvement and views of teachers and relevant Primary and Secondary Education staff on school-community collaboration in the context of Education for Sustainable Development. More specifically, the purpose of the research is to investigate if the teachers who participated in the research are involved in collaborations with the community and the types of collaborations in which they are involved, the value of collaboration for participants, the difficulties that arise and the characteristics that lead to a successful collaboration. For this purpose, 11 individual semi-structured interviews were conducted with the executives and teachers of Primary and Secondary Education, which were analyzed by the method of thematic analysis. The results showed that all the teachers who participated in the research had been involved in collaborations with the community. Teachers and staff described a variety of collaborations, such as environmental, social, and cultural activities, students’ visits to institutions and institutions’ visits to the school. Regarding the value of collaboration, participants reported benefits to students, schools, teachers and the community. However, they identified several challenges that make such collaborations difficult. Finally, the participants mentioned characteristics that favor collaboration and are related both to the relations between the parties involved and to the organization and implementation of the collaboration. | en |
