| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η ανίχνευση συνιστωσών της ευρωπαϊκής ταυτότητας σε μαθητές/ριες, που φοιτούν στη Β’ τάξη Γυμνασίου του ελληνικού σχολείου. Αφετηρία της εργασίας αποτελεί η έννοια της ταυτότητας, τα χαρακτηριστικά της και η οικοδόμησή της στα όρια του έθνους-κράτους. Ακολουθεί η διασαφήνιση της έννοιας της πολιτειότητας μέσα από την εξελικτική της πορεία και μέχρι τη σύγχρονη ευρωπαϊκή συγκυρία. Το θεωρητικό μέρος της εργασίας ολοκληρώνει η μελέτη της ευρωπαϊκής ταυτότητας υπό το πρίσμα των κυρίαρχων κοινωνιολογικών προσεγγίσεων, η ανάλυση των συνιστωσών της και οικοινωνικοί μηχανισμοί, που συμβάλλουν στη συγκρότησή της. Η ερευνήτρια, με την κατασκευή και χορήγηση ερωτηματολογίου σε μαθητές/ριες ηλικίας 14 ετών, εξέτασε τους τρόπους έκφρασης της ευρωπαϊκής ταυτότητας μέσα από το αίσθημα του ανήκειν σε μία ευρύτερη ευρωπαϊκή συλλογικότητα, την περηφάνια πουαπορρέει από την ιδιότητα του Ευρωπαίου πολίτη, το ενδιαφέρον για την παρακολούθηση και συμμετοχή σε δραστηριότητες ευρωπαϊκού χαρακτήρα. Παράλληλα το ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον συγκεντρώνουν οι γνώσεις των μαθητών/ριών για την Ευρώπη, η άποψη που εκφράζουν για την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, τις ευρωπαϊκές πολιτικές και τα θεμελιώδη δικαιώματα, που ισχύουν στο ευρωπαϊκό πλαίσιο. Η διερεύνηση της πρόθεσης των μαθητών/ριών για ενεργή κοινωνικοπολιτική συμμετοχή στην ενήλικη ζωή συνεισφέρει στην εξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων αναφορικά με τη συνειδητοποίηση της πολιτικής τους ιδιότητας. Στην ενότητα της συζήτησης η ερευνήτρια επιχειρεί την ερμηνεία των ερευνητικών ευρημάτων, συγκρίνοντάς τα με τα ευρήματα της συναφούς ερευνητικής βιβλιογραφίας και προσφέροντας υλικό για περαιτέρω διερεύνηση και προβληματισμό σε σχέση με τον βαθμό και τα αίτια της ταύτισης των δυνάμει πολιτών με την ιδιότητα του Ευρωπαίου πολίτη. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this study is to detect components of the European identity in students,studying in the second grade of the Greek secondary school. Starting point of the work is the concept of identity, its features and its construction in the context of the nation-state. Afterwards, follows the clarification of the concept of citizenship through its evolutionary path until the modern European context. The theoretical part of the thesis completes the study of European identity in the light of the dominant sociological approaches, analysis of its components and the social mechanisms that contribute to its construction. The researcher, with the construction and distribution ofquestionnairesto students aged 14, examined the ways of expression of the European identity through the feeling of belonging to a wider European collectivity, the pride deriving from European citizenship, interest in observing and participating in European activities. At the same time, research interest focuses on the students' knowledge for Europe, the views expressed by the European Union, European policies and fundamental rights in the European context. The exploration of the intention of students for active social and political participation in adulthood contributes to drawing conclusions regarding the realization of their political status. In the discussion part, the researcher attempts to interpret the research findings,comparing them with the findings of relevant research literature and providingmaterial for further investigation and reflection in relation to the extent and causes of the identification of potential citizens to European citizenship. | en |
