| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση των απόψεων των εκπαιδευτικών στους Νομούς του Αργυροκάστρου, του Δελβίνου και των Αγίων Σαράντα, σχετικά με την επιμόρφωσή τους, τα εγχειρίδια που χρησιμοποιούν στη διδακτική διαδικασία και την ποιότητα της παρεχόμενης εκπαίδευσης στα σχολεία. Στο πρώτο μέρος της εργασίας γίνεται αναφορά στην ιστορική αναδρομή της παιδείας στο χώρο της Βορείου Ηπείρου από την εποχή της Τουρκοκρατίας μέχρι σήμερα. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, μελετήθηκαν τα σχολεία της Βορείου Ηπείρου κατά τους χρόνους της τουρκοκρατίας, ως αναπόσπαστο μέρος των σχολείων της ενιαίας Ηπείρου (1453-1913). Στη συνέχεια, γίνεται λόγος για την εκπαίδευση της Ελληνικής Μειονότητας μετά την εκχώρησή της από τις Μεγάλες Δυνάμεις στην Αλβανία (1914-1940). Το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο ολοκληρώνεται με ανασκόπηση της εκπαίδευσης της Ελληνικής Μειονότητας μετά την κατάρρευση του απολυταρχικού καθεστώτος στην Αλβανία μέχρι σήμερα (1991-2016). Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε στους εκπαιδευτικούς των μειονοτικών σχολείων της Αλβανίας. Σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας προκύπτει ότι οι εκπαιδευτικοί αντιλαμβάνονται και επισημαίνουν την ανάγκη τους για επιμορφωτικά σεμινάρια. Επιπλέον, οι εκπαιδευτικοί θεωρούν ότι τα εγχειρίδια που χρησιμοποιούν στην διδακτική πράξη είναι μετρίου επιπέδου. Εκφράζουν, επίσης, την αδυναμία των σχολικών εγχειριδίων να καλύψουν τις μαθησιακές ανάγκες των εκπαιδευόμενων, επιζητώντας τη βελτίωση τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | Purpose of this paper is to investigate teachers’ beliefs concerning their present and future training , the textbooks used in the teaching process as well as the quality of education provided in schools at the regions of Argirokastro, Delvino and S. Saranta. At First, the history of Education in Northern Epirus from the Ottoman era until today is presented. In particular, this survey is about the schools of Northern Epirus during the Ottoman years, which are considered to be an integral part of the schools of a Unified Epirus (1453-1913). Subsequently, the interest is focused on the Education of the Greek Minority after its concession by the Great powers to Albania (1914-1940). The theoretical framework concludes with a review on the Education of the Greek Minority, from the collapse of the totalitarian regime in Albania, until today (1991-2016). The survey was conducted with teachers of the Albanian minority schools. According to research findings, it is concluded that teachers identify and emphasize their need for educational seminars. Furthermore, teachers declare that textbooks used in classroom are of modest level. Finally, the inability of textbooks to meet the learning needs of the students is highlighted by the teachers of the research sample. Thus, textbook improvement is of outmost importance, for all the educators working at these schools. | en |
