| heal.abstract | Στην Ελλάδα του σήμερα, η ραγδαία οικονομική ύφεση σε συνδυασμό με το χαμηλό επίπεδο της παρεχόμενης υγείας, έχουν σαν κύρια συνέπειά τους την εξάπλωση των χρόνιων νοσημάτων (αυτό - άνοσων και μη), τα οποία ανήκουν στην κορωνίδα των αιτιών νοσηρότητας και θνησιμότητας παγκοσμίως. Η εμφάνισή τους οφείλεται στο μέγιστο βαθμό σε ψυχολογικούς παράγοντες όπως είναι το άγχος και τα έντονα αισθήματα μοναξιάς τα οποία βιώνουν οι πάσχοντες, διαμορφώνοντας έτσι την ποιότητα της ζωής τους με αρνητικό πρόσημο. Οι χρόνιες παθήσεις είναι δυνατόν να ασκήσουν επιρροής την ισορροπία και στη συμμόρφωση ενός ατόμου ανάλογα με τον τρόπο που το ίδιο βιώνει την ασθένειά του, αλλά και τα προβλήματα που τη συνοδεύουν. Σε άμεση αντιδιαστολή με τα παραπάνω, έρχονται οι κοινωνικές δεξιότητες που αναπτύσσει ο κάθε ασθενής και οι οποίες θα τον βοηθήσουν στη μείωση των αρνητικών συναισθημάτων όπως η μοναξιά μέσα από τη συναναστροφή του με τους υπόλοιπους ανθρώπους. Στο πλαίσιο της εν λόγω μελέτης, στόχος είναι να διερευνηθεί εάν και σε ποιο βαθμό οι κοινωνικές δεξιότητες των ατόμων που πάσχουν από χρόνια νοσήματα επιδρούν στην άρση αρνητικών συναισθημάτων όπως αυτό της μοναξιάς, καθώς και εάν μπορούν να βελτιστοποιήσουν την ποιότητα της ζωής τους. Επιπλέον, βρέθηκε κατά πόσο δημογραφικά στοιχεία όπως το φύλο, ο τόπος διαμονής και το εισόδημα επηρέασαν τις απαντήσεις των ερωτηθέντων, ενώ παράλληλα έγινε σύγκριση των απόψεών τους με εκείνες ατόμων του τυπικού πληθυσμού. | el |
| heal.abstract | In today's Greece, the rapid economic downturn, coupled with the low level of health care provided, have as their main consequence the spread of chronic diseases (autoimmune and non-autoimmune) that are at the root of the causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Their appearance is largely due to psychological factors such as stress and the intense feelings of loneliness experienced by sufferers, thus shaping their quality of life with a negative sign. Chronic conditions can affect a person's balance and compliance depending on the way he or she experiences his or her illness and the problems that accompany it. In direct contrast to the above, are the social skills that each patient develops that will help him to reduce negative emotions such as loneliness through his association with other people. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether and to what extent the social skills of people with chronic illnesses affect the removal of negative emotions such as loneliness, and whether they can optimize their quality of life. In addition, it was found whether demographics such as gender, place of residence and income influenced respondents' responses, while comparing their views with those of the typical population. | en |
