| heal.abstract | Τούτη η εργασία αποτελεί μια ενδελεχή έρευνα στις θεωρίες, πρωτίστως, που αφορούν και εκκινούν από τη σκέψη ενός ανθρώπου, ο οποίος αποπειράται να αναλογιστεί τους λόγους που ωθούν ένα υποκείμενο- σωματικό εγώ και σκεπτόμενο ον ταυτοχρόνως- να διαπράξει μια άνομη πράξη, ένα αδίκημα. Έχει οριστεί ως αρχή, συνεπώς, τούτης η αναφορά σε βασικές έννοιες, που εγγίζουν το εν λόγω ζήτημα, όπως η ηθική εν γένει, η ηθική ψυχολογία, διότι με τούτον τον τρόπο θεωρήθηκε πως δύναται αυτή η έρευνα να λογιστεί ως ένα συλλογικό έργο, που αφορά στον εγκλεισμό, στην εδραίωση της αλήθειας των αδικημάτων, στην ηθική καταστολή του ποινικού μηχανισμού την περίοδο της κρίσης, τη μέγιστη δυνατή κατανόηση των αιτιών που δύνανται να «κρύβονται» πίσω από τα αδικήματα, την αλλαγή των ποινών στη χρονική πραγματικότητα, τη γνώμη των ίδιων των υποκειμένων που βίωναν ή βιώνουν ακόμη τον εγκλεισμό, τη γνώμη των Σωφρονιστικών Υπαλλήλων που «λειτουργούν» σε αυτά, τη γνώμη των ανθρώπων που εκπροσωπούν – υπερασπίζονται τα εν λόγω υποκείμενα, τέλος τη δική μας τοποθέτηση. Στις κοινωνίες της κρίσης, όπως τη δεδομένη χρονική στιγμή η ελληνική, είναι κάπως εύλογη η διατύπωση πως τα αδικήματα αυξάνονται, αφού οι δεσμοί και οι σχέσεις, τόσο μεταξύ των μελών όσο και μεταξύ των μερών της ψυχής ενός υποκειμένου, διαρρηγνύονται. Η «ανάγκη» ωθεί πολύ περισσότερο πια τους αδικούντες στη διάπραξη οιουδήποτε αδικήματος. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, όπως μας αποδεικνύει και ο μύθος του Γύγη κανένας άνθρωπος δεν είναι δίκαιος με τη θέλησή του, παρά μόνον εξαιτίας της αναγκαστικής υπακοής του στους νόμους και λόγω του φόβου της ποινής και της τιμωρίας. Συνεπώς, η μελέτη όλων των συσχετιζόμενων μερών και εννοιών με τα αδικήματα, την εδραίωση της αλήθειας αυτών, την απονομή της δικαιοσύνης, τις ποινές και τον εξανθρωπισμό εντέλει της φυλακής –ως την κυρίαρχη μορφή επιβολής μιας ποινής- υπήρξε το μείζον ζήτημα όλης αυτής της πορείας. Σαν μια μικρογραφία της κοινωνίας, η ειρκτή, διαθέτει όλους τους τύπους ανθρώπου που έχει ή είχε εκεί έξω. Οι συμπεριφορές τους ομοιάζουν με τις δικές μας. Μήπως, εντούτοις, μια κοινωνία και δη η ελληνική, όπου γεννήθηκε η δημοκρατία, οφείλει να βρει καλύτερα τρόπους μείωσης των φαινομένων της εγκληματικότητας πρωτίστως και ακολούθως τρόπους επιβολής σωφρονιστικών ποινών; | el |
| heal.abstract | This work is an in-depth investigation into theories, first and foremost, about the thinking of a person who attempts to ponder the reasons that push a subjective- ego - and a thinking creature at the same time – to commit an illegal act, an offense. Therefore, reference has to be made to the basic concepts that underpin this issue, such as morality in general, moral psychology, because it was thus considered that this research could be regarded as a collective work, which it is about incarceration, the consolidation of the truth of the offenses, the moral repression of the criminal system in times of crisis, the maximum possible understanding of the causes that may be 'hidden' behind the offenses, the change of sentences to the temporal reality, the opinion of the subjects themselves who have experienced incarceration, the opinion of the Correctional Officers 'operating' in them , the opinion of the people who represent - defend these subjects, and finally our own. In societies in crisis, such as the Greek society at the given time, it is reasonable to argue that crimes increase as the bonds and relationships between members of the society and parts of a subject's soul are broken. The "need" pushes far more the perpetrators to commit any crime. In any case, as the Gigi myth shows, no man is righteous in his own will except because of his forced obedience to the laws and his fear of penalty and punishment. Consequently, the study of all parts and concepts associated with offenses, their consolidation of truth, the administration of justice, the penalties and ultimately humanization of prison – as the dominant form of imposition of a sentence – has been a major issue. As a miniature of the society, the prison, possesses all types of humans who are or have ever been out there. Their behaviors are similar to ours. However, does the Greek society, where democracy was born, ought to find better ways to reduce crime and to improve its punishment system? | en |
