| heal.abstract | Στόχος της παρούσας έρευνας, ήταν να γίνει σύγκριση των επιπέδων επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης , ανάμεσα σε Ειδικούς Ψυχικής Υγείας και σε άλλες ειδικότητες που εργάζονται στο πεδίο του προσφυγικού. Ακόμη, εξετάστηκαν οι επιδράσεις του φύλου, της ηλικίας, του τόπου εργασίας, του είδους σύμβασης, της προϋπηρεσίας, της οικογενειακής κατάστασης και της ψυχολογικής ευημερίας των εργαζομένων σε σχέση με την εμφάνιση του burn out. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 100 εργαζόμενοι από διάφορα κέντρα φιλοξενίας προσφύγων στην Ελλάδα, στους οποίους χορηγήθηκαν τα εξής ερωτηματολόγια αυτό-αναφοράς: στους Ειδικούς Ψυχικής Υγείας το Maslach’s Burnout Inventory- Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) και στους υπόλοιπους το Maslach’s Burnout Inventory –General Survey. Επίσης, και στις δυο ομάδες επαγγελματιών χορηγήθηκε το General Health Questionnaire-28(GHQ-28). Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν πως δεν υπάρχει διαφορά στην επαγγελματική εξουθένωση ανάμεσα σε Ειδικούς Ψυχικής Υγείας και σε άλλες ειδικότητες. Το φύλο, η ηλικία και ο τόπος εργασίας δεν φάνηκε να έχουν κάποια επίδραση στην επαγγελματική εξουθένωση και για τα δυο είδη ειδικοτήτων. Από την άλλη μεριά όμως, το είδος της σύμβασης εργασίας και η οικογενειακή κατάσταση των εργαζομένων βρέθηκε πως επιδρούν στην εμφάνιση burn out για τις λοιπές ειδικότητες. Τέλος, η προϋπηρεσία και η ψυχολογική ευημερία των εργαζομένων, φάνηκε πως παίζουν σημαντικό ρόλο και στις δυο ομάδες για την εκδήλωση επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this research was to examine the burn out levels between Mental Health Specialists and other Specialists, who work in refugee phenomenon. It also examined the effect of gender, age, workplace, type of employment contract, work experience, marital status and psychological well being of the employees, compared to the appearance of burn out. 100 workers from various temporary refugee reception centers (refugee camps) in Greece participated in the research and they were given the following self-report questionnaires: the Mental Health Specialists were given the Maslach’s Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) and the rest of them the Maslach’s Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS). Also, both groups were given the General Health Questionnaire-28 (GHQ-28). The results of the research indicated that there is no difference in burn out between Mental Health Specialists and other workers. Gender, age and works place didn’t appear to have any effect in burn out for both groups of specialists. From the other side, workers' type of employment contract and marital status were found to have an effect on the appearance of burn out for the second group.
