heal.abstractΣκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας ήταν η διερεύνηση των απόψεων των εκπαιδευτικών Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης, σχετικά με τις εναλλακτικές μορφές αξιολόγησης της μαθητικής επίδοσης. Η εργασία αποτελείται από δύο μέρη: το θεωρητικό και το εμπειρικό μέρος. Στο θεωρητικό μέρος γίνεται αναφορά στην έννοια της αξιολόγησης της μαθητικής επίδοσης, στις μορφές, στις αρχές και τα μέσα απόδοσης και αποτύπωσης της αξιολόγησης του μαθητή. Ακολούθως, γίνεται αναφορά στις παραδοσιακές και εναλλακτικές μορφές αξιολόγησης και στους παράγοντες εκείνους που θεωρούνται ανασταλτικοί για την καθιέρωση εναλλακτικών μορφών αξιολόγησης. Το εμπειρικό μέρος περιλαμβάνει τη μεθοδολογία της έρευνας, την παρουσίαση ευρημάτων, τα συμπεράσματα και τις προτάσεις. Όπως διαπιστώνεται η πλειονότητα των εκπαιδευτικών συμφωνεί με την αξιολόγηση της μαθητικής επίδοσης, αλλά δηλώνει ότι δεν έχει επαρκή κατάρτιση σε θέματα που αφορούν την αξιολόγηση της επίδοσης του μαθητή. Επίσης, σε υψηλό ποσοστό οι εκπαιδευτικοί δήλωσαν ότι δεν γνωρίζουν τις εναλλακτικές τεχνικές αξιολόγησης, καθώς επίσης και την περιγραφική αξιολόγηση. Τέλος, η πλειονότητα των εκπαιδευτικών θεωρεί αναγκαία την επιμόρφωσή τους σε όλες τις μορφές τις εναλλακτικής αξιολόγησης και συμφωνούν με την καθιέρωση εναλλακτικών μορφών αξιολόγησης στην πρωτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση.el
heal.abstractThe purpose of this paper was to investigate the views of primary education teachers on alternative forms of assessment of student performance. The thesis consists of two parts: the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, reference is made to the concept of assessment of student performance, the forms, principles and means of rendering and capturing the student's assessment. Thereafter, reference is made to traditional and alternative forms of assessment and to those factors considered to be inhibiting the introduction of alternative forms of evaluation. The empirical part includes research methodology, conclusions and suggestions. As noted, the majority of teachers agree with the assessment of student performance, but states that they do not have sufficient training on issues pertaining to student performance assessment. Also, a high percentage of teachers said they did not know the alternative assessment techniques, as well as the descriptive assessment. Finally, the majority of teachers consider it necessary to train them in all forms of alternative assessment and agree with the introduction of alternative forms of assessment in primary education.en
