| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα ερευνητικήμελέτηέχειωςσκοπό να διερευνήσει την επίδρασητηςκοινωνικής υποστήριξης στην αυτοεκτίμηση και τη διαχείριση του άγχουςενήλικων ατόμων με αναπηρία. Πιοσυγκεκριμένα, πραγματεύεται το βαθμό τηςκοινωνικήςυποστήριξης που δέχονται τα άτομα με αναπηρία από το κοινωνικό τουςπεριβάλλονκαι τι αντίκτυπο έχει αυτή, στηνψυχολογική τους κατάσταση και στοντρόπο με τον οποίο αντιλαμβάνονται και εκτιμούντον εαυτότους. Ειδικότερα, τοεργαλείο τηςέρευνας είναι ερωτηματολόγιο που χωρίζεται σετρία μέρη. Στο πρώτοεπιχειρείται να εξετασθεί η μέτρησητηςκοινωνικής υποστήριξης, δηλαδή ο αριθμόςτων ατόμων που υποστηρίζουν ψυχολογικάτοάτομομε αναπηρία και η μέτρηση τουβαθμού ικανοποίησης από την παρεχόμενη υποστήριξη. Το δεύτερο, σχετίζεται με τοάγχοςτο οποίο διαχωρίζεται ως κατάσταση και ως χαρακτηριστικό τηςπροσωπικότητας. Τοτρίτο, περιλαμβάνει το βαθμό αυτοεκτίμησης, την αυτοεικόνακαι την αίσθηση προσωπικής αξίας του ατόμου. Η επεξεργασία των δεδομένων έγινεμε το στατιστικό πακέτο SPSS. Από τηστατιστική ανάλυση προέκυψε ότι ηκοινωνική υποστήριξη επιδρά θετικά στην αυτοεκτίμησητου ατόμου αλλά και στημείωση του άγχους του. Τα αποτελέσματα μπορούν να αξιοποιηθούν για τηνανάπτυξη προγραμμάτωνεκπαιδευτικής παρέμβασης για τα άτομα με αναπηρία. | el |
| heal.abstract | This research study aims to explore the impact of social support on anxiety management and the self-esteem of adults with disabilities. More specifically, it deals with the degree of social support that people with disabilities receive from their social environment and what impact this has on their psychological situation and the way they perceive and appreciate themselves. In particular, the research tool is a questionnaire divided into three parts. The first attempts to examine the measurement of social support, i.e the number of people who mentally support the disabled person and the measurement of the degree of satisfaction with the support provided. The second is related to anxiety which is distinguished as a condition and as a characteristic of the personality. The third, includes the degree of self-esteem, the selfimage and the sense of personal value of the individual. The data was processed using the SPSS statistical packet. Statistical analysis has shown that social support has apositive influence on the individual's self-esteem as well as the reduction in his anxiety. The results can be used to develop educational intervention programs for people with disabilities. | en |
