| heal.abstract | Η κοινωνικοποίηση των εκπαιδευτικών και συγκεκριμένα των ειδικών παιδαγωγών αποτελεί καθοριστικό παράγοντα για τη διαμόρφωση της συμπεριφοράς και της στάσης τους στο πλαίσιο του κοινωνικού συνόλου και της σχολικής κοινότητας. Η συναισθηματική ένταση, επίσης επηρεάζει σημαντικά τη συμπεριφορά και δράση των εκπαιδευτικών. Σκοπός της παρούσας ερευνητικής εργασίας, είναι η μελέτη των επιπέδων συναισθηματικής έντασης και της κοινωνικοποίησης, καθώς και η διερεύνηση ύπαρξης σχέσης ή μη, μεταξύ αυτών των παραγόντων για τους ειδικούς παιδαγωγούς και για τους εκπαιδευτικούς γενικής αγωγής. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 288 εκπαιδευτικοί της γενικής αγωγής (ως ομάδα ελέγχου) και 285 ειδικοί παιδαγωγοί, οι οποίοι εργάζονται σε δημοτικά σχολεία σε όλη την Ελλάδα, ενώ ως ερευνητικό εργαλείο χρησιμοποιήθηκε ένα ερωτηματολόγιο το οποίο αποτελείται από τρία μέρη. Αναφορικά με τα αποτελέσματα, προέκυψε ότι κάποια ατομικά χαρακτηριστικά και συγκεκριμένα το φύλο, η ηλικία, ο τόπος κατοικίας και οι ασχολίες στον ελεύθερο χρόνο, επιδρούν σημαντικά στη συναισθηματική ένταση των εκπαιδευτικών, ενώ χαρακτηριστικά όπως η ηλικία, η επιμόρφωση στην ειδική αγωγή, οι ασχολίες τον ελεύθερο χρόνο και η θρησκευτική συνείδηση, επιδρούν στην κοινωνικοποίηση τους. Φάνηκε ακόμα, ότι στη γενική εκπαίδευση, δεν υπάρχει στατιστικά σημαντική συσχέτιση μεταξύ της συναισθηματικής έντασης και της κοινωνικοποίησης των εκπαιδευτικών, αλλά για τους ειδικούς παιδαγωγούς διαπιστώθηκε ότι υπάρχει αρνητική γραμμική συσχέτιση μεταξύ της συναισθηματικής έντασης και της κοινωνικοποίησής τους. Η κατανόηση της σημασίας της κοινωνικοποίησης και τoυ παράγοντα της συναισθηματικής έντασης των εκπαιδευτικών, μπορεί να συμβάλλει στη βελτίωση της στάσης τους απέναντι τόσο στους μαθητές τους όσο και στην κοινωνία. | el |
| heal.abstract | Teachers’ socialization and especially special educators’ socialization, is a decisive factor in shaping their behavior and their attitudes within social and school community. In addition, emotional tension influences teachers’ behavior and action. The purpose of this research is to study the levels of emotional tension and the levels of socialization, as well as investigate a possible correlation between these two concepts depending on whether they are working on general or special education. 285 special educators 288 teachers (as a control group) working at elementary schools in Greece, took part in the survey. A three-part questionnaire used as a research tool. Results indicated that some individual characteristics and especially gender, age, place of residence and leisure activities, have a significant effect on the emotional tension of teachers, while characteristics such as age, training in special education, occupations in their free time and religious conscience, affect their socialization It has also been shown that there is a negative linear correlation between the emotional tension and the socialization of special educators, although there is no statistically significant correlation between the emotional tension and the socialization of teachers in general. Understanding the importance of socialization and emotional tension of teachers can contribute to a deeper understanding and thus to an appropriate improvement of their attitude towards their students and towards society. | en |
