| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας μεταπτυχιακής διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η βιβλιογραφική διερεύνηση του θέματος της Οργάνωσης και Διοίκησης της Σχολικής Τάξης στο Ελληνικό Δημοτικό Σχολείο. Η θεματική της εργασίας εστιάζεται στην ανάλυση, την περιγραφή και την ερμηνεία τριών βασικών επιμέρους παραγόντων του συγκεκριμένου ζητήματος. Αυτοί οι παράγοντες είναι η οργάνωση του χώρου της αίθουσας διδασκαλίας, η διαμόρφωση του παιδαγωγικού κλίματος και η διατήρηση της πειθαρχίας στη σχολική τάξη. Από την ανασκόπηση ελληνικής και ξένης βιβλιογραφίας και αρθρογραφίας και την επισκόπηση σχετικώνερευνητικών μελετών προέκυψαν αρκετά δεδομένα. Το βασικό συμπέρασμα της εργασίας είναι ότι το θέμα της Οργάνωσης και Διοίκησης της Σχολικής Τάξης αποτελεί ένα ζήτημα επικοινωνιακής και κοινωνικής αλληλεπίδρασης στην τάξη τόσο μεταξύ του εκπαιδευτικού και των μαθητών όσο και των μαθητών μεταξύ τους. Ως εκ τούτου, ο εκπαιδευτικός έχει τη δυνατότητα να διευθετήσει τα επιμέρους οργανωτικά-διοικητικά ζητήματα της διαρρύθμισης του χώρου της σχολικής αίθουσας, της διαμόρφωσης του παιδαγωγικού κλίματος και της διατήρησης της πειθαρχίας στην τάξη χρησιμοποιώντας ως βασικό εργαλείο-όργανο-κριτήριο την άμεση επικοινωνία και κοινωνική αλληλεπίδρασή του με τους μαθητές, η οποία συντελείται κατά τη διεξαγωγή της καθημερινής παιδαγωγικής και διδακτικής διαδικασίας στη σχολική τάξη. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this master thesis is the bibliographic exploration of the issue of Classroom Management in the Greek Elementary School. The subject of the thesis focuses on the analysis, description and interpretation of three key sub-factors of this issue.These factors are the organization of the classroom, the shaping of the pedagogical climate (classroom climate) and the maintenance of discipline in the classroom. From the review of greekand foreign literature and articles and the review of relevant research studies, a lot of data emerged.The main conclusion of the thesis is that the issue of Classroom Managementis a matter of communicative and social interaction in the classroom, both between the teacher and the pupils, as well as the students among them.Hence, the teacher has the possibility to manage the organizational-administrative issues of the organization of the classroom, the shaping of the pedagogical climate and the maintenance of discipline in the classroomusing as a basic tool-instrument the direct communication and social interaction with students, which takes place during the day-to-day pedagogical and didactic process in the classroom. | en |
