| heal.abstract | Στόχος της παρούσας έρευνας ήταν να διερευνήσει την αποτελεσματικότητα ενός ψυχοεκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος που αποσκοπούσε στη μείωση του φαινομένου του «χαρούμενου θύτη» μέσω της εκπαίδευσης παιδιών ηλικίας από 4- έως 7- ετών σε δεξιότητες κατανόησης της ενοχής. Έχοντας ως βάση του την επικοινωνιακή προσέγγιση, το πρόγραμμα αξιοποίησε ιστορίες ως έναυσμα για συζήτηση σχετικά με τις συναισθηματικές και νοητικές καταστάσεις των ηρώων τους, δίνοντας έμφαση στην κατανόηση του ηθικού συναισθήματος της ενοχής. Στην έρευνα πήραν μέρος συνολικά 25 παιδιά, εκ των οποίων τα 15 συμμετείχαν στο ψυχοεκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα (πειραματική ομάδα) ενώ τα άλλα 10 συμμετείχαν μόνο στην πριν και μετά αξιολόγηση (ομάδα ελέγχου). Για την υλοποίηση των στόχων της έρευνας πραγματοποιήθηκε μια σειρά μετρήσεων με εργαλεία που εξέταζαν την κατανόηση βασικών και σύνθετων συναισθημάτων, την κατανόηση του συναισθήματος της ενοχής, την ενσυνειδησία και τη θεωρία του νου των συμμετεχόντων. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι μετά την εφαρμογή του προγράμματος μειώθηκε σημαντικά το φαινόμενο του χαρούμενου θύτη στην πειραματική ομάδα αλλά όχι στην ομάδα ελέγχου. Τα ευρήματα συζητούνται σε σχέση με πρόσφατες έρευνες στην περιοχή αυτή. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of a psycho-educational program aimed at reducing the "happy victimizer phenomenon" through the education of children, aged 4-7, in the ability to understand guilt. Based on the conversational approach, the program used stories as a trigger for conversation about the emotional and mental states of their heroes, emphasizing the understanding of the moral emotion of guilt. A total of 25 children participated in the research, of which 15 participated in the program (experimental group) and the other 10 participated only in the pre and post evaluation (control group). For the realization of the research objectives, a series of measurements were performed with tools that examined the understanding of basic and complex emotions, the understanding of guilt, the conscience and the theory of the mind of the participants. The results of the research showed that after the implementation of the program, the phenomenon of the happy victimizer in the experimental group was significantly reduced, but not in the control group. The findings are being discussed in connection with recent investigations in this area. | en |
