| heal.abstract | Το θέμα που πραγματεύεται η παρούσα μελέτη αφορά το σχολικό κλίμα που επικρατεί στα σχολεία της Πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης του Νομού Ιωαννίνων και επιχειρείται η αξιολόγησή του από τους εκπαιδευτικούς που υπηρετούν σε αυτά. Η προσέγγιση του θέματος γίνεται θεωρητικά και εμπειρικά. Βασικός σκοπός της μελέτης είναι να διαφανεί η σημασία του σχολικού κλίματος στη διαμόρφωση της σχολικής πραγματικότητας και η αναγκαιότητα αξιολόγησής του. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 263 εκπαιδευτικοί, προερχόμενοι απ’ όλα τα σχολεία του Νομού Ιωαννίνων. Στο θεωρητικό μέρος της μελέτης γίνεται αναφορά στην έννοια της Αξιολόγησης, της Εκπαιδευτικής αξιολόγησης, της Αξιολόγησης του εκπαιδευτικού έργου και της Αξιολόγησης της σχολικής μονάδας. Ακολούθως, επιχειρείται η εννοιολογική αποσαφήνιση της εννοιών Αποτελεσματικό σχολείο, Σχολική ηγεσία και Σχολικό κλίμα. Το εμπειρικό μέρος περιλαμβάνει την μεθοδολογία της έρευνας, τα ερευνητικά ευρήματα, τις συμπερασματικές διαπιστώσεις και τις προτάσεις. Όπως διαπιστώνεται από τα ευρήματα της έρευνας, η πλειονότητα των εκπαιδευτικών αντιλαμβάνεται το σχολικό κλίμα ως την ατμόσφαιρα που επικρατεί στο σχολείο, η οποία επιδρά στις συμπεριφορές των μελών του, επηρεάζοντας την ψυχική διάθεση και την αποδοτικότητα τους, την επίτευξη των διδακτικών στόχων, την ποιότητα των εργασιών στη σχολική μονάδα, την επίδοση και τη συμπεριφορά των μαθητών και την ικανοποίηση των γονέων. Στην πλειονότητα των σχολικών μονάδων του νομού επικρατεί ανοικτό σχολικό κλίμα, καθώς επικρατεί αμοιβαία συνεργασία, ο διευθυντής διακρίνεται από χαμηλό βαθμό κατευθυντικής τάσης και οι εκπαιδευτικοί συνεργάζονται μαζί του. Το σχολικό κλίμα για τους περισσότερους επηρεάζεται στη διαμόρφωσή του από τον τρόπο άσκησης της σχολικής ηγεσίας και από το επικοινωνιακό και συνεργατικό πνεύμα που επικρατεί μεταξύ των μελών του συλλόγου διδασκόντων. Οι περισσότεροι συμφωνούν με την αξιολόγησή του σχολικού κλίματος, θεωρώντας αρμόδιο φορέα για την πραγματοποίησή της τον σύλλογο διδασκόντων του εκάστοτε σχολείου. Η στατιστική ανάλυση έδειξε ότι το φύλο, η ηλικία και η προϋπηρεσία στο ίδιο σχολείο ασκούν ως έναν βαθμό επίδραση στις απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών. | el |
| heal.abstract | The subject addressed by this study concerns the school climate prevailing in primary schools in the Prefecture of Ioannina as evaluated by the teachers who work in these schools. The subject is approached both theoretically and empirically. The main purpose of the study is to highlight the importance of the school climate in shaping school reality and the necessity of its evaluation. 263 teachers from all the schools of the Prefecture of Ioannina participated in the research. In the theoretical part of the study, reference is made to the concepts of assessment, Educational assessment, Evaluation of the educational work and Evaluation of the school unit. Consequently, the conceptual clarification of the concepts Effective school, School leadership and School climate is attempted. The empirical part includes research methodology, research findings, concluding findings and proposals. As it emerges from the findings of the survey, the majority of teachers perceive the school climate as the atmosphere at school that affects the attitude of its members, influencing their mood and efficiency, the achievement of the learning goals, the quality of work in the school unit, the performance and behavior of students and the satisfaction of parents. In most of the school units of the area an open school climate prevails, as there is mutual co-operation, the headmaster is distinguished by a low degree of directional tendency and the teachers cooperate with him. The school climate for most people is influenced in its formation by how school leadership is exercised and by the communicative and cooperative spirit prevailing among members of the teachers' association. Most of them agree with their school climate assessment, considering that the school's teachers' association should be responsible for implementing it. Statistical analysis has shown that gender, age and experience in the same school have a somewhat impact on the views of teachers. | en |
