| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση των απόψεων των δασκάλων του Νομού Ιωαννίνων σχετικά με τα συστήματα διορισμού τους στο δημόσιο ελληνικό εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα. Η εργασία αποτελείται από δύο μέρη: το θεωρητικό και το ερευνητικό μέρος. Στο θεωρητικό μέρος γίνεται αναφορά στο διορισμό των δασκάλων στη δημόσια ελληνική εκπαίδευση σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, στην εξέλιξη των διορισμών των δασκάλων και των συστημάτων διορισμού τους υπό το πρίσμα της Εκπαιδευτικής Πολιτικής και των εκπαιδευτικών μεταρρυθμίσεων, καθώς και στο διορισμό και τα συστήματα επιλογής των δασκάλων στις υπόλοιπες χώρες της Ευρώπης. Το εμπειρικό μέρος περιλαμβάνει τη μεθοδολογία και τα ευρήματα της έρευνας, την ερμηνεία των αποτελεσμάτων της έρευνας, τα συμπεράσματα και τις προτάσεις. Για το σκοπό της εργασίας πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα με την χρήση γραπτού ανώνυμου ερωτηματολογίου, το οποίο διανεμήθηκε στους δασκάλους των δημόσιων Δημοτικών Σχολείων του Νομού Ιωαννίνων. Οι δάσκαλοι κατέθεσαν τις απόψεις τους σχετικά με το σύστημα διορισμού της Επετηρίδας, του διαγωνισμού του ΑΣΕΠ και ενός προτεινόμενου συστήματος διορισμού των υποψήφιων δασκάλων. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι οι δάσκαλοι θεωρούν ως το καταλληλότερο σύστημα διορισμού το σύστημα της Επετηρίδας. Ακόμη, επιθυμούν ο νεοδιοριζόμενος δάσκαλος να διορίζεται από το Υπουργείο Παιδείας στις περιοχές της Ελληνικής Επικράτειας μέσα από έναν συνδυασμό πολλών κριτηρίων: του βαθμού πτυχίου, των μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών και της συνέντευξης, ενώ δεν επιθυμούν να λαμβάνονται υπόψη τα κοινωνικά κριτήρια. Αντιθέτως, επιθυμούν να λαμβάνεται υπόψη η προσωπικότητα του δασκάλου, όπως αυτή προκύπτει μέσα από την παρουσίαση του ατομικού του φακέλου. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this assignment is to examine the views of the County of Ioannina teachers upon the system of their appointment to the Greek state educational system. The assignment consists of two parts: the theoretical part and the research part. The theoretical part refers to teachers’ appointment to the Greek state education according to the standing legislation, the evolution of teachers’ appointments and the evolution of their appointment system through the prism of the Educational Policy and the educational reforms as well as the appointment and the selection system of teachers around the rest of the European countries. The experiential part includes the methodology and the research findings, the interpretation of the research results, the conclusions and the suggestions. To this end a survey was conducted by means of written anonymous questionnaire which was distributed to the teachers of the primary state schools of the county of Ioannina. The teachers presented their views upon the appointment system of the Yearbook, the ASEP Competition along with a suggested appointment system for the candidate teachers. The results showed that teachers deem the system of Yearbook to be the most suitable system of appointment. Furthermore, they wish that the newly appointed teacher is appointed by the Ministry of Education in the areas of the Greek territory through a combination of many criteria: academic degree grade, postgraduate studies and the interview, while they do not wish that social criteria are taken into account.
