| heal.abstract | Στην αναζήτηση διεξόδου από την κρίση, πολύ συχνά γίνεται αναφορά στον πρωτογενή τομέα της γεωργίας, ως τομέα που μπορεί να βοηθήσει σημαντικά στην οικονομική ανάκαμψη. Ο 19ος αιώνας είναι συνδεδεμένος με ένα σύνολο ριζοσπαστικών αλλαγών που επέδρασαν και μετέβαλαν την ιστορική πορεία της ανθρωπότητας. Η περίοδος αυτή και οι συνακόλουθες εξελίξεις συνδέονται άρρηκτα με την αποκαλούμενη βιομηχανική επανάσταση. Η εκμηχανισμένη γεωργία συμμετέχει και συνεισφέρει σήμερα σε όλα τα στάδια της καλλιέργειας, από την άροση ως τη συγκομιδή και τη μεταποίηση των γεωργικών προϊόντων. Τα τελευταία χρόνια, η ανάγκη για κατανάλωση αγροτικών προιόντων που διακρίνονται για την ασφάλεια και την ποιότητα τους, είναι ιδιαίτερα έντονη. Οι αγροτικοί συνεταιρισμοί αποτελούν σημαντικό θέμα της νέας θεσμικής οικονομικής επιστήμης. Το νέο Πρόγραμμα Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης, προωθεί δράσεις για την ενίσχυση των επιχειρήσεων στον πρωτογενή και στον κλάδο της μεταποίησης, ανοίγει τον δρόμο για νέες επενδύσεις με σχέδια βελτίωσης, κατευθύνει επιπλέον κονδύλια σε νέους αγρότες και στηρίζει με νέα μέτρα τις πολύ μικρές γεωργικές εκμεταλλεύσεις. Το 30% του νέου προγράμματος θα εκχωρηθεί στις 13 περιφέρειες της χώρας για δημόσιες και ιδιωτικές αναπτυξιακές παρεμβάσεις. Στη χώρα μας, παρά τα «πάθη» του αγροτικού τομέα, αυτός εξακολουθεί να έχει πρωταρχική σημασία και να θεωρείται ο κύριος πυλώνας που μπορεί να εξασφαλίσει την έξοδο της χώρας από την κρίση, υπηρετώντας τη διατροφική ασφάλεια αλλά και την ανάπτυξη της εθνικής οικονομίας. Ως ένα γενικό συμπέρασμα θα μπορούσαμε να πούμε ότι οι συνεταιρισμοί παρά τις ολοένα και αυξανόμενες δυσκολίες στο ελληνικό επιχειρηματικό και οικονομικό περιβάλλον που διέρχεται βαθιά κρίση, τείνουν να κερδίζουν διότι παρουσιάζουν μεγάλη αξιοπιστία και ποιότητα. | el |
| heal.abstract | In the search for a way out of the crisis, too often reference is made to the primary sector of agriculture as an area that can greatly help the economic recovery. The 19th century is linked to a series of radical changes that have influenced and changed the historical course of mankind. This period and the ensuing developments are inextricably linked to the so-called industrial revolution. Exploited agriculture participates and contributes today to all stages of cultivation, from plowing to the harvesting and processing of agricultural products. In recent years, the need to consume agricultural products that are distinguished for their safety and quality is particularly intense. Agricultural cooperatives are an important issue in the new institutional economic science. The new Rural Development Program promotes actions to boost enterprises in the primary and processing industries, paves the way for new investments with improvement plans, directs additional funds to young farmers and supports small farms with new measures. 30% of the new program will be allocated to the 13 regions of the country for public and private development interventions. In our country, despite the "passions" of the agricultural sector, it is still of prime importance and considered the main pillar that can secure the exit of the country from the crisis, serving food security and the development of the national economy. As a general conclusion, cooperatives, despite growing difficulties in the Greek business and financial environment that is undergoing profound crisis, tend to win because they are highly credible and quality. | en |
