| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία ασχολείται με τη μελέτη της φωνή και με τις διαταραχές φώνησης. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, επικεντρώνεται στη μελέτη φωνής σε ενήλικο πληθυσμό και ειδικότερα σε πληθυσμό αγροτών. Οι αγρότες είναι μία ευρεία κατηγορία, η οποία απαρτίζεται από γεωργούς, κτηνοτρόφους, ψαράδες και αμπελουργούς με πληθυσμό από όλο το ηλικιακό φάσμα. Σκοπός αυτής της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η μελέτη φωνής με ακουστική ανάλυση και χρήση ερωτηματολογίων αυτοαξιολόγησης σε πληθυσμό αγροτών. Το δείγμα της πτυχιακής εργασίας αποτέλεσαν 42 αγρότες (41 άντρες και 1 γυναίκα) από το Νομό Ροδόπης. Στο πλαίσιο συλλογής δεδομένων, οι συμμετέχοντες απάντησαν σε ερωτηματολόγια σχετικά με το ιατρικό τους ιστορικό, τις καθημερινές τους συνήθειες και τις δυσκολίες που αντιλαμβάνονται σε σχέση με τη φωνή τους. Επιπλέον, έδωσαν δείγμα φωνής. Έγινε συλλογή των δεδομένων και διαμορφώθηκαν ώστε να γίνει ανάλυση φωνής με το λογισμικό MDVP στο λογοπαθολογικό εργαστήριο Η/Υ του Τμήματος Λογοθεραπείας. Για τη στατιστική ανάλυση χρησιμοποιήθηκε το SPSS. Παρουσιάζονται αναλυτικά τα αποτελέσματα με μετρήσεις ακουστικής ανάλυσης φωνής των συμμετεχόντων και συχνότητες με τις καθημερινές συνήθειες σε σχέση με τη φωνή του και τη φωνητική δυσχέρεια που αισθάνονται. | heal.abstract | This work deals with voice, diagnostic and therapeutic approaches as well as vocal disorders. More specifically, it focuses on studying voice in an adult population and especially in a farmer’s population. Farmers are a wide category, divided into agriculturalists, breeders, fishermen and wine growers. In these professions working people are covering a wide age range. The purpose of this work, therefore, is to study the voice in farmer’s population with acoustic analysis and self-evaluation questionnaires. The sample of this undergraduate thesis was composed by 42 farmers (41 males and 1 woman) from the Prefecture of Rodopi, in Greece, after participants’ written consent. Along with the procedure of data collection, the participants have completed questionnaires about their medical history, their daily activities, and their perceived vocal difficulties. In addition a sample of the participants’ voice was recorded. From the collection of the voice samples, voice analysis was done with the MDVP Software in the Logopathological Computerized Laboratory at the Department of Speech and Language Therapy. SPSS was used for the statistical analysis. The results are presented in detail with vocal acoustic analysis measurements and participants’ daily vocal habits and their perception on their vocal difficulties. Finally, the findings are discussed and conclusions for this work are drawn. | en |
