| heal.abstract | Πολλές χώρες αντιμετωπίζουν προβλήματα όσο αφορά το συνταξιοδοτικό αλλά και το ασφαλιστικό σύστημα . Ένα ασφαλιστικό συνταξιοδοτικό σύστημα υλοποιείται με δυο τρόπους το αναδιανεμητικό και το κεφαλαιοποιητικό . Ασφάλιση είναι η δίκαιη μεταφορά του κινδύνου από μια οντότητα σε μια άλλη .Στο αναδιανεμητικό σύστημα εφαρμόστηκαν δυο είδη :το Αγγλοσαξονικό και το Γαλλογερμανικό. Υπάρχουν πολλοί άξονες που πρέπει να αναλυθούν για το κεφαλαιοποιητικο και αναδιανεμητικό σύστημα συμφώνα με την εργασία .Υπάρχουν δυο ασφαλιστικά μοντέλα : Bismark και Beveridge.Tο σύστημα κοινωνικής ασφάλισης στην χώρα χαρακτηρίζεται από τον πολυκερματισμό και την πολυπλοκότητα . Υπάρχουν πολλά κοινά χαρακτηριστικά ανάμεσα σε ιδιωτική και δημόσια ασφάλιση αλλά και πολλές διαφορές . Η παγκοσμιοποίηση και η οικονομική κρίση οδήγησαν στην εισοδηματική ανισότητα χώρα μας είχε μεγάλο μερίδιο ιδιωτικής κατανάλωσης αλλά αυτό μετά την επιβολή των οικονομικών προγραμμάτων έφτασε στο δεύτερο χαμηλότερο ποσοστο κάθε αναπτυγμένο κρατος η κοινωνική ασφάλιση πρέπει να παρέχει και να καλύπτει τις ανάγκες των πολιτών στο μεγαλύτερο βαθμο τους και για την πλήρη κάλυψη αυτών να οδηγούνται στις ιδιωτικές ασφαλίσεις. | el |
| heal.abstract | Many countries have problems with both the pension and the insurance system. An insurance pension scheme is implemented in two ways: redistributive and funded. Insurance is the fair transfer of risk from one entity to another. The two-species distribution system has been applied: the Anglo-Saxon and the Gallo-German. There are many axes that need to be analyzed for the funded and redistributive system in accordance with the work. There are two insurance models: Bismark and Beveridge. The social security system in the country is characterized by multi-segmentation and complexity. There are many common features between private and public insurance but also many differences. Globalization and the economic crisis have led to income inequality; our country has had a large share of private consumption; but after the economic programs have reached the second lowest rate each developed country, social security has to provide and cover the needs of the citizens to their fullest extent and to cover them fully in private insurance. | en |
