| heal.abstract | Οι κατακλίσεις είναι ένα μείζον κλινικό πρόβλημα τόσο για την αποκατάσταση ασθενών με περιορισμένη κινητικότητα όσο και για τους νοσηλευτές που στοχεύουν στην προαγωγή και διατήρηση της υγείας. Οι κατακλίσεις δημιουργούνται όταν ασκείτε πίεση σε μαλακά μόρια εμποδίζοντας την αιμάτωση των ιστών με αποτέλεσμα να νεκρώνονται. Κατά συνέπεια, κατακλίσεων απαιτεί αυξημένη νοσηλευτική φροντίδα, παράταση της διάρκειας νοσηλείας, καθυστέρηση στην ανάρρωση, σημαντική επιβάρυνση στο κόστος νοσηλείας και αύξηση της θνητότητας. Σκοπός: Σκοπός της παρούσας ανασκοπικής μελέτης ήταν η διερεύνηση της ανατομικής εντόπισης των κατακλίσεων, τα μέτρα πρόληψης και θεραπείας αυτών, καθώς επίσης και η σημαντικότητα των νοσηλευτικών διεργασιών σε ασθενείς με κατακλίσεις. Υλικό και Μέθοδος: Πραγματοποιήθηκε ανασκόπηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων PubMed, και στην βιβλιοθήκη του ΣΕΥΠ του Τ.Ε.Ι. | heal.abstract | Slope is a major clinical problem both for rehabilitation of patients with limited mobility and for nurses aiming at promoting and maintaining health. Swellings are created when you put pressure on soft molecules, preventing blood flow to the tissues, resulting in death. As a result, sores require increased nursing care, prolonging the duration of hospitalization, delaying recovery, significant cost of hospitalization and increasing mortality. Objective: The purpose of this review was to investigate the anatomical location of the deviations, their prevention and treatment measures, as well as the importance of nursing processes in patients with spasms. Material and Method: A review of the international bibliography in the PubMed electronic databases, and the TEYF library of the TEI.
