| heal.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση (ΕΕ) αποτελεί ένα μοναδικό εγχείρημα στην παγκόσμια πολιτική ιστορία. Κυρίαρχα κράτη µε σαφείς πολιτειακές, πολιτισμικές, θρησκευτικές και ιστορικές/εθνικές διαφορές συνθέτουν, βάσει Συνθηκών, µία πολιτειακή δομή, που λειτουργεί χρησιμοποιώντας ένα πολύπλοκο θεσμικό δίκτυο οργάνων, υπερεθνικού και διακυβερνητικού χαρακτήρα. Η δομή αυτή είναι δυναμική, βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη, και δεν έχει ξεκάθαρα χαρακτηριστικά. Συνδυάζει στοιχεία ομοσπονδίας και συνομοσπονδίας πορευμένη, ενδεχόμενα, προς την δημιουργία, τελικά, ενός νέου κυρίαρχου κράτους. Οι έως τώρα επιδόσεις κρίνονται σημαντικές, ιδιαίτερα στο πεδίο της διευρωπαϊκής συνεργασίας (παγίωση της ειρήνης και της ασφάλειας στην Ευρώπη) και του οικονομικού τομέα (άμβλυνση των ανισοτήτων μεταξύ των χωρών-µελών). Υπάρχει όμως προβληματισμός σχετικά µε το μέλλον της. Σκοπός: Στην παρούσα εργασία θα επιχειρήσουμε να εξετάσουμε την πορεία της Ένωσης έως σήμερα να διερευνήσουμε τις θεωρίες γύρω από την πολιτειακή της οργάνωση να αναλύσουμε τη διεθνή ετερότητα να δούμε τις διαστάσεις της ετερότητας μέσα στην Ένωση να παρουσιάσουμε τη Θεωρία Ολοκλήρωσης και τις αδυναμίες της και τέλος να αναλύσουμε τις σύγχρονες διαστάσεις της διεύρυνσης και τις συνέπειές της. Ευρήματα: Τίθενται συνεπώς ζητήματα απορρόφησης και ενσωμάτωσης νέων µελών, συντονισμού δράσης, εύρεσης μέσων και συνεργασίας των εταίρων. Αποτελεί ίσως η ετερότητα λόγο διάλυσης της ΕΕ; Η εξωτερίκευση της ετερότητας, μπορεί να έχει σημαντικές επιπτώσεις στην ενότητα και τη συνοχή της Ένωσης, εάν οι χώρες-µέλη δε μπορέσουν να την διαχειριστούν σωστά. | el |
| heal.abstract | IMPORT: The European Union is considered a unique attempt in the global political history. Dominant nations with clear, state, cultural religions and historical differences make up, based on treaties, a state structure which operates using a complex institutional organ network of hyper national and governmental charakter. This structure is dynamic, it evolves and doesn’t have specific characteristing. It combines elements of federation and cofederation which probably leads to the creation of a new dominant nation. It’s records so far, are considerd very important, especially in the field of itans-European cooperation (the establishment of peace and security in Europe) and of the econimic sector (to smooth the inequalities among the countries-members). There is though speculation conserning its future. PURPOSE: In this assignment we wiil try to examine the course of the E.U. up until today, look into the theories concerning its a state organisation, analyse the national heterogeneity and see the dimensions of heretogeneity within the E.U. present the theory of completion and its weaknesses and finally analyse the modern dimensions and the consequences of this expansion. FINDINGS: Consequently issues of absorbance and integration of new members, as well as issues of cordination of activity, finding the appropriate means and issues of cooperation of partners occur. Is heterogeneity maybe the reason for the dissolution of the E.U.? The expression of heterogeneity may have significant consequences in the unity and cohesion of E.U. if its members wil not be able to handle it correctly. | en |
