| heal.abstract | Η πτυχιακή αυτή εργασία ασχολείται με το θέμα της λιανικής τραπεζικής στο νομό της Άρτας, συγκεκριμένα ασχολείται με την συμπεριφορά των πελατών σε σχέση με τις τράπεζες που συνεργάζονται. Πιο αναλυτικά η εργασία αυτή αποτελείται από 2 μέρη όπου μελετάται η συμπεριφορά των αγροτών σε σχέση με τις τράπεζες και τα χρηματοοικονομικά προϊόντα των τραπεζικών ιδρυμάτων. Ειδικότερα παρακολουθούνται οι σχέσεις ανάμεσα στους πελάτες και το προσωπικό των τραπεζών, καθώς και η γνώμη τους για το δίκτυο καταστημάτων. Επιπλέον , αναλύονται οι τρόποι με τους οποίους ενημερώνεται το κοινό για τα υπάρχοντα τραπεζικά προϊόντα καθώς και για τα ενδεχόμενα νέα χρηματοοικονομικά προϊόντα. Ακόμα, αναλύεται η συμπεριφορά των πελατών στα διάφορα είδη δανείων και καταθέσεων, καθώς και η επιφυλακτικότητα στην λήψη των δανείων πριν και στην διάρκεια της οικονομικής κρίσης. Ακόμη, παρουσιάζεται η συνεργασία των πελατών με τα τραπεζικά ιδρύματα καθώς και οι σχέσεις τους με τα χρηματοοικονομικά προϊόντα όπως διάφορες τραπεζικές εργασίες και το internet banking. Εν τέλει συλλέχθηκαν και επεξεργάστηκαν τα στοιχεία από το νομό της Άρτας καθώς μοιράστηκαν 30 ερωτηματολόγια που τα απάντησαν αγρότες-πελάτες των τραπεζών της περιοχής. | el |
| heal.abstract | This diploma thesis deals with the subject of the retail banking, in the county of Arta specifically it is dealing with the behavior of the customers compared with the banks they are cooperating. With more details this diploma consists of 2 parts where it is being studiet the behavior of the farmers compared with the banks and the financial products of the banking institutions. Particulary relations between customers and bank staff are monitored, and their opinion on the network of shops. Furthermore, there are analyzed the ways in which the public is informed about existing banking products as well as about potential new financial products. It also analyzes the behavior of customers in the various types of loans and deposits, as well as the cautiousness of taking loans before and during the economic crisis. Furthermore, there is a presentation of the cooperation of clients with banking institutions as well as their relations with financial products such as various banking and internet banking. Finally, the data from the county of Arta was collected and processed, as 30 questionnaires were replied by farmers-customers of the local banks. | en |
