| heal.abstract | Η εργασία παρουσιάζει το βασικό πλαίσιο στο οποίο λειτουργούν οι ελληνικές τράπεζες και ειδικότερα επικεντρώνεται στον τρόπο που έχουν επηρεαστεί από την έλευση του ευρώ μέχρι και την σύγχρονη οικονομική κρίση. Η αρχική επέκταση και άκρως εντυπωσιακή βελτίωση της λειτουργίας τους έχει ως αποτέλεσμα οι τραπεζικές υπηρεσίες που χρησιμοποιούν οι Έλληνες να είναι εφάμιλλες των υπηρεσιών του εξωτερικού. Ωστόσο η οικονομική κρίση που έχει επηρεάσει το σύνολο της οικονομικής και κοινωνικής ελληνικής πραγματικότητας επέφερε πολλές αλλαγές και προκλήσεις στην λειτουργία τους. Σε αυτή τη πορεία η σύγχρονη οικονομία έχει προκαλέσει αλλαγές και στο παραδοσιακό χρήμα, με αποτέλεσμα νέες μορφές να κάνουν την εμφάνισή τους στην καθημερινότητα όλων μας. Παράλληλα με όλα τα παραπάνω θα γίνει ιδιαίτερος λόγος για όλες τις καταβαλλόμενες προσπάθειες και τα μέτρα εκείνα τα οποία αποσκοπούν στη στήριξη και τη σταθεροποίηση του εγχώριου τραπεζικού συστήματος και της οικονομίας γενικότερα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The thesis presents the basic guideline in which the Greek Banking System currently operates and specifically focuses on the extent to which it has been influenced by major economic events, starting from the adoption of the euro currency up until the breakout of the economic crisis. In the beginning the country’s banking system went through extraordinary changes resulting in innovating services that appeared in the Greek economy for the first time. However the economic crisis, which has caused numerous problems across the entire every day life, not only economic but also social, has inevitably affected the banking system. On this ground, the modern economy has undergone significant changes in the traditional currencies which are mainly the result of the appearance of new types of currencies presented in a digital form. Lastly, in addition to the above I will attempt to present the efforts made in order to support and stabilize the Greek Banking System and the economy as a whole. | en |
