| heal.abstract | Στα πλαίσια ερευνητικού προγράμματος που εκπονήθηκε στο ΤΕΙ Ηπείρου το διάστημα 2012-2015, μελετήθηκε εκτός άλλων παραμέτρων και η επίδραση των συμβιωτικών μικροοργανισμών Glomus intraradices, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Trichoderma harzianum κ.λ.π. στα αναπαραγωγικά χαρακτηριστικά της ντομάτας (δηλ. την in vitro βλαστικότητα της γύρης, το μήκος των γυρεοσωλήνων, τον αριθμό σπερμάτων ανά καρπό, καθώς και το βάρος 1000 σπόρων). Στο πείραμα που έγινε κατά την προηγούμενη τριετία, φυτά ντομάτας καλλιεργήθηκαν σε ανοικτό υδροπονικό σύστημα στο θερμοκήπιο του ΤΕΙ Ηπείρου στην Άρτα, αφού εμβολιάστηκαν με τους συμβιωτικούς μικροοργανισμούς. Επιπλέον, αναπτύχθηκαν φυτά εμβολιασμένα με τους προαναφερόμενους μικροοργανισμούς και τον φυτοπαθογόνο μύκητα Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici. Οι σπόροι που παρήχθησαν αποξηράνθηκαν, αποθηκεύτηκαν σε χάρτινους φακέλους σε συνθήκες δωματίου και αποτέλεσαν το πειραματικό μας υλικό. Στα πλαίσια των πειραμάτων αυτών πραγματοποιήθηκαν: τεστ βλαστικότητας, τεστ τετραζολίου και τεστ υγείας π.χ. ανίχνευση F. oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici στους σπόρους που προέρχονται από φυτά εμβολιασμένα με συμβιωτικούς μικροοργανισμούς και μη εμβολιασμένα (μάρτυρες), τα οποία αναπτύχθηκαν παρουσία ή μη του παθογόνου μύκητα. Σκοπός του πειράματος ήταν να προσδιοριστούν τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά (βλαστικότητα και ζωτικότητα) και να πραγματοποιηθεί ο έλεγχος της υγείας του παραγόμενου σπόρου σε κάθε μεταχείριση. | el |
| heal.abstract | Within the framework of a research program developed at the Technological Educational Institute of Epirus in the period 2012-2015, besides other parameters, the influence of the symbiotic microorganisms Glomus intraradices, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Trichoderma harzianum and others was studied. The reproductive characteristics of the tomato (ie in vitro pollen germination, pollen tube length, number of seeds per fruit, and the weight of 1000 seeds). In the experiment of the previous three years, tomato plants were cultivated in an open hydroponic system in the greenhouse of Technological Educational Institute of Epirus in Arta, after being inoculated with symbiotic microorganisms. Additionally, plants inoculated with the aforementioned microorganisms and the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. lycopersici were grown. The seeds produced were dried, stored in paper envelopes under room conditions and constituted our experimental material. In the framework of these experiments: germination test, tetrazolium test and agar plate test were contacted.
