| heal.abstract | Σε αυτήν την πτυχιακή εργασία με θέμα Παγκόσμιος Οργανισμός Εμπορίου και οι Επιπτώσεις στην Αγροτική Οικονομία, περιγράφεται το εμπόριο της Ελλάδος μαζί με τους κύριους ορισμούς (σε σχέση με το ΠΟΕ), σε σχέση με κάποιες Βαλκανικές χώρες. Επιπλέον, μελετά την ιστορία του ΠΟΕ καθώς με τον πάροδο του χρόνου πως αλλάζει σε παγκόσμιο βαθμό και η ονομασία της . Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο υπάρχουν οι γενικοί ορισμοί. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο το σύστημα της GATT και τι ακριβώς είναι. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται ο Γύρος της Ουρουγουάης και πως επηρέασε τον ΠΟΕ. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο η άσκηση εποπτείας επί της εμπορικής πολιτικής που ασχολείται με τη διαχείριση της GATT και του ΠΟΕ. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα προβλήματα του διεθνούς εμπορικού καθεστώτος στη <<μεταμοντέρνα>> εποχή που αφορά στα σύνολα αρχών, κανόνων, συστάσεων και διαδικασιών λήψεων αποφάσεων που λειτουργούν. Στο έκτο κεφάλαιο ο ΠΟΕ ως Διεθνής Οργανισμός και ως Φιλελεύθερο Σύνταγμα του Διεθνούς Εμπορίου, που περιγράφει για το πως ξεκίνησε ο ΠΟΕ ως όρος και αρχή του. Στο έβδομο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο εκτίθεται το παράδειγμα με θέμα το Αγροτικό Εμπόριο της Ελλάδας με σχέσεις τις Βαλκανικές χώρες, καθώς και η σχέση της Ελλάδας με την κρίση και το ΑΕΠ. | el |
| heal.abstract | In this diploma thesis with subdject World Trade Organization and the impact on the agricultural economy, is described the greek trade with main definitions (compared with WTO), compared with a few Balcan countries. Furthermore it is studying the history of WTO as over time also the name changes in global level. In the first chapter there are the main definitions. In the second charpter the GATT system and what exactly it is. In the third charpter is the round of Uruguay refered and how it affected the WTO . In the fourth charpter it refers to the exercise of supervision over commercial policy that deals with management of GATT and WTO. In the fifth charpter are presented the problems of the international trade regime in the post-modern era, which refers to the sets of principles, rules, recommendations and decision-making procedures that operate. In the sixth charpter the WTO as an International Organization and as a Liberal Constitution of International Trade, describing how the WTO started as its term and principle. The seventh and final chapter sets out the example of agricultural trade in Greece with relations between the Balkan countries and Greece's relationship with the crisis and GDP. | en |
