| heal.abstract | Σε αυτήν την εργασία θα ασχοληθούμε με την εξέλιξη του franchise στον ελλαδικό χώρο την τελευταία δεκαετία. Το franchise ορίζεται ως η συμφωνία μεταξύ μιας ανεξάρτητης επιχείρησης (franchisor), η οποία παρέχει σε μια άλλη επιχείρηση η πρόσωπο (franchisee), το δικαίωμα χρήσης της επωνυμίας, της τεχνογνωσίας και μια σειρά δικαιωμάτων βιομηχανικής ιδιοκτησίας. Η εργασία αυτή αποτελείται από 10 κεφάλαια. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αποτελείται από τον ορισμό του franchise και ιστορικά η εξέλιξή του στον διεθνή χώρο καθώς επίσης πότε χρησιμοποιήθηκε, που και γιατί. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα του franchise. Στο 3ο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται οι λόγοι επιτυχίας και αποτυχίας στον διεθνή χώρο. Το 4ο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στους λόγους που οδηγούν τις επιχειρήσεις σε στρατηγική ανάπτυξης μέσω του franchise στην Ελλάδα . Το 5ο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται οι μορφές του franchise στην Ελλάδα και το νομοθετικό σύστημα στην αγορά του franchise στον Ελλαδικό χώρο. Στο 6ο κεφάλαιο περιγράφουμε άλλες εναλλακτικές μορφές ανάπτυξης επιχειρήσεων εκτός του franchise. Στο 7ο κεφάλαιο αναφέρουμε την ιστορική εξέλιξη του franchise στην Ελλάδα. Στο 8ο κεφάλαιο εξηγούμε την εφαρμογή του franchise από Ελληνικές εταιρείες. Το επόμενο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στη πορεία του franchise στις διεθνείς αγορές και στην Ελλάδα. | heal.abstract | In this paper we will deal with the evolution of franchise in Greece over the last decade. The franchise is defined as the agreement between an independent franchisor, which provides another franchisee, the right to use the brand, the know-how and a number of industrial property rights. This work consists of 10 chapters. The first chapter consists of the definition of franchise and its historical evolution in the international field as well as when it was used, why and why. The second chapter deals with the advantages and disadvantages of franchise. Chapter 3 lists the reasons for success and failure in the international arena. The 4th chapter refers to the reasons that lead businesses to a franchise development strategy in Greece. The fifth chapter deals with the franchise forms in Greece and the legislative system in the franchise market in Greece. In Chapter 6, we describe other alternative forms of business development outside the franchise. In chapter 7 we mention the historical evolution of franchise in Greece. In Chapter 8 we explain the application of franchise by Greek companies. The next chapter refers to the franchise course in international markets and Greece. In the last chapter of our work we chose the distribution of franchise systems. | en |
