| heal.abstract | Ο στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να παρουσιάσει τις δραστηριότητες προσωπικού ενός Δημοσίου φορέα. Ο Δημόσιος φορέας που επιλέξαμε να παρουσιάσουμε τις δραστηριότητες του είναι ο Δήμος Κέρκυρας. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας αναφερόμαστε στον ορισμό, στα περιεχόμενα καθώς και στον ρόλο της Διοίκησης Ανθρώπινων Πόρων. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται στοιχεία για τις αρμοδιότητες της Διοίκησης Ανθρώπινων Πόρων δηλαδή για τον τρόπο που γίνεται η προσέλκυση, η επιλογή, η εκπαίδευση, η ανάπτυξη καθώς και η αξιολόγηση των εργαζομένων του προσωπικού. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρουμε τον ορισμό της Διοίκησης Προσωπικού καθώς και τις διαφορές που υπάρχουν ανάμεσα στη Διοίκηση Ανθρωπίνων Πόρων και στην Διοίκηση Προσωπικού. Τέλος παρουσιάζουμε ως παράδειγμα τις δραστηριότητες του Δήμου Κέρκυρας και πληροφορούμαστε σχετικά με τη λειτουργία του τμήματος Προσωπικού του Δήμου. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this paper is to present the staff activities of a public body. The public body we chose to present our activities is the Corfu Municipality. In the first chapter of the paper we refer to the definition, the contents and the role of the Human Resources Management. In the second chapter there is an indication of the competences of the Human Resources Management, in the way of attracting, selecting, educating, developing and evaluating the employees of the staff. In the third chapter we refer to the definition of Personnel Management as well as the differences between Human Resources and Personnel Management. Finally, we present as an example the activities of the Municipality of Corfu and we are informed about the operation of the Municipality Personnel Department. | en |
