| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αποτελείται από τέσσερα (4) κεφάλαια και ο κύριος στόχος της είναι να δείξει πως ο πρωτογενής τομέας της γεωργίας συνεισφέρει στην ελληνική οικονομία. Το πρώτο κεφάλαιο δίνει μια γενική εικόνα της ελληνικής οικονομίας επικεντρώνοντας στη ποσοστιαία συνεισφορά του πρωτογενούς γεωργικού τομέα στο Ακαθάριστο Εγχώριο Προϊόν (ΑΕΠ) της χώρας. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στην Κοινή Αγροτική Πολιτική (ΚΑΠ) και τα αποτελέσματά της στις χώρες μέλη. Ένα στρατηγικό σχέδιο που αφορά στην εξέλιξη του πρωτογενούς γεωργικού τομέα μέσω της ανάπτυξης, παραγωγής και εμπορίας των αρωματικών και φαρμακευτικών φυτών ξεδιπλώνεται στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο. Τέλος, το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο περιέχει πίνακες και γραφήματα καθώς και στατιστικές και οικονομικές πληροφορίες για να δείξει το βαθμό αποτελεσματικότητας των αρωματικών φυτών στην ανάπτυξη του γεωργικού πρωτογενούς τομέα. Η ανά χείρας εργασία κυρίως αφορά τοπικές βιομηχανίες στην περιοχή της Καστοριάς οι οποίες δραστηριοποιούνται στην επεξεργασία των αρωματικών και φαρμακευτικών φυτών καθώς και στους τοπικούς καλλιεργητές τέτοιων φυτών. Τα κόστη και τα καθαρά κέρδη των εμπλεκόμενων βιομηχανιών εξετάζονται, αλλά και οι δυσκολίες και οι περιορισμοί που αντιμετωπίζουν οι καλλιεργητές. | el |
| heal.abstract | This study consists of four chapters and its main concern is to show how the primary agricultural sector contributes to the Greek economy. The first chapter gives an overview of the Greek economy focusing on the proportionate contribution of the primary agricultural sector to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the country. The second chapter refers to the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and its effects on the member states. A strategic plan concerning the evolution of the primary agricultural sector through the developing, production and trade of aromatic and medicinal plants is unfolded in the third chapter. Finally, the fourth chapter provides tables and graphics as well as statistical and economic information in order to show the degree of effectiveness of aromatic and medicinal plants in developing of agriculture. This study mainly concerns local industries in the region of Kastoria engaged in the elaboration of aromatic and medicinal plants but also to local farmers growing such plants. The costs and net returns of the industries involved are examined in addition to the difficulties and cons constraints production workers face. | en |
