| heal.abstract | Με την παρούσα διπλωματική προσπαθήσαμε να αγγίξουμε το επίκαιρο θέμα της πτώχευσης των επιχειρήσεων. Αρχικά στο πρώτο και δεύτερο κεφάλαιο επιχειρείται μια αναλυτική περιγραφή των εννοιών της πτώχευσης με μία γενικότερη ανάλυση του νομικού πλαισίου που επικρατεί. Επιπλέον γίνεται μια εκτενής αναφορά στους παράγοντες που οδήγησαν πλήθος ελληνικών επιχειρήσεων στην πτώχευση παρουσιάζοντας και με στατιστικά στοιχεία την ελληνική πραγματικότητα την περίοδο 2004-2014. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο δίνεται έμφαση στην πιστοληπτική ικανότητα παρουσιάζοντας την εικόνα της Ελληνικής Οικονομίας από Διεθνείς Οίκους αλλά και των Ελληνικών Επιχειρήσεων από την ICAP. Στην συνέχεια του ίδιου κεφαλαίου τονίζεται η πρόβλεψη της πτώχευσης και ποιους ενδιαφέρει. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται χαρακτηριστικές μελέτες και υποδείγματα πτώχευσης. Τέλος, στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται το μοντέλο πρόβλεψης πτώχευσης του Altman Z-Score και εφαρμόζεται πρακτικά σε δείγμα ελληνικών επιχειρήσεων συγκρίνοντας τα αποτελέσματα με εκείνα του ερευνητή. | el |
| heal.abstract | In this thesis we tried to touch the topical issue of corporate bankruptcy. Initially the first and second chapter is a detailed description of the concepts of bankruptcy with an overall analysis of the legal framework that exists. Furthermore is a comprehensive reference to the factors that led to numerous Greek enterprises in bankruptcy and presenting statistics on Greek reality the period 2004-2014. The third chapter emphasizes the creditworthiness of presenting the image of the Greek Economy of International Firms and of Greek Enterprises by ICAP. Then the same chapter emphasizes the provision of bankruptcy and who are interested. The fourth chapter presents functional studies and bankruptcy models. Finally, the last chapter analyzes the bankruptcy prediction model of the Altman Z-Score and practiced on a sample of Greek firms, comparing the results with those of the researcher. | en |
