| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αποσκοπεί στο να εξετάσει και να αναλύσει τις οικονομικές συνθήκες που επικρατούν στην αγορά των γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων και πως αυτές συνδέονται με την διεθνή αγορά. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, η παρούσα μελέτη αναλύει την εγχώρια αγορά των γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων τόσο σε μικροοικονομικό, όσο και σε μακροοικονομικό επίπεδο. Η εργασία διαρθρώνεται σε δυο μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος γίνεται αναφορά και ανάλυση του κλάδου των γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων. Πιο αναλυτικά, εξετάζονται οι παράγοντες οι οποίοι επηρεάζουν τη ζήτηση και την προσφορά των γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζονται όλα τα στοιχεία εκείνα που συνθέτουν την αγορά των γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων. Στο δεύτερο μέρος γίνεται παρουσίαση της κατάστασης της αγοράς γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων σε ευρωπαϊκό και διεθνές επίπεδο, καθώς και των τρεχουσών εξελίξεων του κλάδου στα πλαίσια της οικονομικής κρίσης. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the financial conditions that take place in the dairy product industry and how they relate to the international market. More specifically, this study analyzes the domestic market for dairy products both at micro and at macro level. The study is based on research through internet, scientific articles, newspaper's articles, consulting companies such as ICAP and Nielsen. The study is divided into two parts. The first part, deals with the dairy product industry. More specifically, we examine the factors that affect the demand and supply of dairy products. Here are all the elements that compose the dairy market.
