| heal.abstract | Η Nόσος Alzheimer, όπως έχει διαπιστωθεί, είναι μια νόσος που απασχολεί τις Επιστήμες Υγείας αλλά και την κοινωνία γενικότερα, στην προσπάθεια να αντιμετωπιστεί. Δεν είναι τυχαίο το ότι έχει χαρακτηρισθεί ως η νόσος του αιώνα, λόγω της αύξησης τoυ προσδόκιμου επιβίωσης του γενικού πληθυσμού. Οι επιπτώσεις της Νόσου Alzheimer, δεν αφορούν μόνο την υγεία του ίδιου του ασθενούς, αλλά και το οικογενειακό περιβάλλον, που ‘‘νοσεί’’ και αυτό με τη σειρά του. Παρά τις έρευνες που διεξάγονται για να βρεθεί τόσο ο πραγματικός αιτιολογικός παράγοντας, όσο και οι νέες θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις, τα αποτελέσματα δείχνουν πως δεν υπάρχει μέχρι στιγμής η κατάλληλη θεραπεία που θα συμβάλλει στην πλήρη ίαση του ασθενούς. Αντίθετα, η υπάρχουσα θεραπεία διαδραματίζει ρόλο επιβραδυντικό με στόχο την καθυστέρηση της πορείας της νόσου. Αποτέλεσμα αυτού του γεγονότος είναι, η Νοσηλευτική Επιστήμη να επαγρυπνεί σε επίπεδο ποιότητας ζωής των ασθενών, λαμβάνοντας υπ’ όψη πως είναι υποβαθμισμένη, προσφέροντας υποστήριξη τόσο στον ίδιο τον ασθενή, όσο και στον οικογενειακό περίγυρο. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση της Νόσου Alzheimer, η κατανόησή της καθώς και η ανάδειξη των Νοσηλευτικών Παρεμβάσεων για την καλύτερη εφαρμογή τους και την αποφυγή αρνητικών επιπτώσεων. | el |
| heal.abstract | Alzheimer's Disease, as it is noted, is a disease that concerns Health Sciences as well as society in general, in trying to address it. It is no accident that has been designated as the disease of the century, due to the increase of the life expectancy of the general population. The effects of Alzheimer's Disease, are not only for the health of the patient himself, but also and the family, as it is '' sick '' and this in its turn. Despite the investigations carried out to find both the actual causative factor, and new therapeutic approaches, the results show that still there is no an appropriate treatment that will help to treat the patient. Instead, the existing therapy has a retardant role in order to delay the progress of the disease. As a result, the Nursing Science has to vigilant in terms of quality of life of patients, taking into account that it is degraded, providing support both to the patient and the family environment. The purpose of this study is the investigation of Alzheimer's Disease, the understanding and the enlightenment of Nursing Interventions for improved implementation and avoiding the adverse impacts. | en |
