| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αναλύεται η φωνή και τα χαρακτηριστικά της. Πιο αναλυτικά, κατά την έναρξη της εργασίας γίνεται λόγος για την ομιλία γενικότερα. Αναλύονται τα χαρακτηριστικά, τα στάδια ανάπτυξης αλλά και η δομή και οργάνωση της φωνής και παρουσιάζεται ο όρος της φωνολογίας ως προς τον ορισμό, αλλά και την αρθρωτική μέθοδό της. Επίσης, υλοποιείται η ανάλυση των φωνητικών διαταραχών και αναγράφεται η διάκριση ανάμεσα στην αρθρωτική και στην φωνολογική διαταραχή, αλλά και η αιτιολογία αυτών. Τέλος, αναλύεται τόσο η φυσιολογία όσο και η παθολογία της φωνής. Στο ερευνητικό μέρος, το δείγμα αφορά δεκαέξι (16) παιδιά, δώδεκα (12) με διαταραχή στον λόγο τους, αρθρωτική και φωνολογική, και τέσσερα (4) τυπικής ανάπτυξης. Συγκεκριμένα, συμμετέχουν εννέα (9) αγόρια και επτά (7) κορίτσια προσχολικής και σχολικής ηλικίας. Στόχος της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να διαπιστώσουμε αν υπάρχουν διαφορές στα χαρακτηριστικά της φωνής τόσο των δύο φύλων όσο και ως προς την παθολογία της συγκεκριμένης ηλικιακής ομάδας. Τα μέσα που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν είναι ένα ερωτηματολόγιο σχετικά με το αναπτυξιακό ιστορικό των παιδιών και τον Δείκτη Παιδιατρικής Φωνητικής Δυσχέρειας, το οποίο συμπληρώθηκε από τους γονείς, καθώς και ηχογραφημένο υλικό με τις φωνές των παιδιών σε παρατεταμένη φώνηση των φωνημάτων /a/, /i/, /s/ και /z/. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present undergraduate thesis analyzes the voice and its characteristics. More specifically, the beginning of the project concerns the speech in general. The characteristics, the developmental stages, the structure and the organization of the voice are all analyzed, whereas the phonology is presented in terms of both its definition and its articulatory method. Moreover, the analysis of the voice disorders is carried out and the distinction between the articulatory and the phonological disorder is written and justified. Finally, not only the physiology, but also the pathology of the voice are analyzed. The research part concerns a sample of sixteen (16) children, twelve (12) with a speech disorder, articular and phonological, and four (4) of normal development. More precisely, nine (9) boys and seven (7) girls of preschool and school age participate. The purpose of this thesis is to determine whether there are differences in the voice characteristics in terms of the two sexes and the pathology of the specific age group. The means used are a questionnaire regarding the children's developmental history and the Pediatric Voice Handicap Index, completed by parents, as well as an audio recording with children's voices in prolonged phonemes /a/, /i/, /s/ and /z/. | en |
